Story
After being found as a stray, I’ve learned to appreciate the finer things in life. Heated beds? Yes, please. Fresh water at all times? Naturally. Three square meals a day? Only the best. Litter box attendant? Duh. I’m living my best life, and if you’re lucky enough to get me, I expect nothing less from you. If you’re an adult who “gets me” and respects my boundaries, we’ll be besties. And other cats? Don’t even think about it. If I never have to see, smell, or deal with another cat for the rest of my life, it’ll be too soon. So, yeah, no other cats. Period. I’m harness-trained but when allowed off-leash, I’ll race across the yard like a prison inmate who’s been granted a little extra "yard time.” If you think you can handle my sass and indulge my luxurious lifestyle then maybe—just maybe—I’ll let you adopt me. But you better prove yourself first. Auditions will be held on a first-come, first-served basis. I’m not here for your mediocre attempts at pet ownership. Be worthy.

Story
Laney is the sweetest kitty. She currently lives with a dog and another cat. I am moving and cannot take her and the other cat to our new home. We are sad to put her up for adoption but want her to be in a home where she can get all the attention she deserves.

Story
Navi (Nah-vee) is about a year and a half old. She is one of the sweetest and friendliest kitties meet. Her meow is so cute. She shows her affection in the sweetest ways. She's a really good headbutter. If you go down to her level she will give you the very sweet headbutts. She will also throw herself on the floor with her paws in meaning she wants so love and chest rubs. Navi also has a lot of energy and loves\has to play a lot. We have 2 older cats that would rather nap most of the day than play. She needs far more attention than we're able to give her. She would love to have other animals and/or kids to play with. We are going to miss her so much! We just want what's best for her.

Story
Sunshine, a male orange tabby was born around April 2020. He was found by a resident and turned into the Rescue. He occasionally talks at meal times. Sunny hasn’t met dogs or kids under age eight. With proper introductions he gets along with most cats and he’d enjoy another cat for a pal. The foster mom says he is sweet, smart, friendly with known people, and affectionate on his terms. Sunny is shy/avoidant of strangers. At this stage, he is uncomfortable being picked up. Sunny likes playing with interactive wand toys and watching birds at the window. He has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Are you the patient person willing to give him time to trust and blossom in a new setting and you be rewarded with a special relationship with him? This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx. For further information or to start the adoption process, leave a message at 612 202-9492 or email cattalesmn@outlook.com . If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored). ~*~*~* Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cattalesmn *~*~*~*~* *

Story
Dilly, an affectionate brown/black tabby kitten, was born July 2023. He was found injured behind a store. Dilly has agouti speckled fur and polydactyl feet. If he knows you, he is okay being picked up and held, plus reaches up to touch your nose. When you sit, he will jump in to your lap or will let you place him in your lap, staying for short sessions of petting and brushing. Dilly often rolls over for tummy stroking, and he likes to sleep with you. Dilly likes the foster family’s young dog and plays with him. He likes kittens plus passive adult female cats. He hides from active kids and is shy around strangers. Dilly likes to supervise the cleaning of the litterbox and occasionally is underfoot. He has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Dilly would do best with another pet for a friend. Foster kitten pals are available. If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Story
Monet and siblings were found as tiny kittens and needed to be bottle fed. She is your easy-going, quiet, kitten-active orange tabby born in March 2024. She plays with interactive toys as well as by herself with toys. Monet will let you place her in your lap and stay for short sessions of brushing and petting. By trusted people she likes being held in baby fashion. Fancy is affectionate on her terms. She is friendly with trusted folks, shy around strangers, and hasn’t met kids. But if kids are kind and gentle, she should do well. Monet likes most cats and tolerates most dogs, She has great litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots.
