Story
Bean is a 6 year old beautiful girl who loves attention! We adopted Bean as a kitten, but as she has gotten older, she no longer gets along with our male cats. She needs a home where she is either the only pet, or maybe one other female cat as she does great with our older female kitty. Bean loves to cuddle, play with strings and hair ties, and loves her water moving (we have pet fountains here). She loves to chatter at birds in the windows and sun bathe! She's uses scratching posts/toys and will NOT scratch up your furniture! She's an all around great baby, but needs a home she can be free to roam in. Bean was last taken to the vet for a comprehensive exam September of 2023. Her FVRCP vaccine is current, but she is due for her rabies shot. Bean is also microchipped.

Story
This is Stripes. Stripes is a 9 year old indoor cat that is fully litter box trained and spayed. She has a lot of personality and loves to play, whether that’s chasing toys, climbing her cat tree, or being chased around the house! Stripes is also incredibly affectionate, and will often lay behind you on the top of the couch or nuzzle your cheek for some pets. She would make the perfect addition to any family and will even hold a conversation with you if you meow!

Story
I am overly obsessed with this guy, I have had him for 8 years and he's lived in New York City, Chicago, and now resides in Michigan. He is very affectionate, playful, and LOVES to snuggle up! He adapts very well and has stayed at 11 pounds since he turned 2 years old. He's a fit cat who loves to sit up high and cat scratchers with a seat at the top are his best friend. He even enjoys a sunny day staring out the window at the world. My husband has lived with him for the last 4 years and his allergies sadly just keep getting worse, he's tried a lot of medication and we are at the point that we want both him and Mix to live happy, healthy lives. We are looking for the perfect human to take Mix into their world and allow him to bring them as much joy as he has brought us. He is only an indoor cat, but has been put on a leash to chill on our front porch before. He takes monthly flea

Story
We love Sunny!! She came to us at just under two yrs old with her 2 Two week old babies as fosters. We fell in love with them all and kept them. She is going to be 5 in October. Now that her babies are grown there has been aggression and territorial issues escalating between Sunny and especially the male. It has been disheartening for us and scares the other kitties into hiding. We’ve tried everything. Sunny is so sweet but would be better off in a quieter home and one without other pets. She loves to just lie quietly by our side. Lounge in a sunny spot or on her scratcher. She loves head rubs and ear rubs. She loves her toy mice and playing catch the string toy. She also loves to play hide and seek with Mom in the morning. She knows how to sit and high five for treats. She greets us at the door when we come home and our friends. She loves to be brushed. She has toys, a carrier, an automatic feeder, litter box, a scratcher and her special treats we would send her with.

Story
My name is Leo! My sister Stella is listed on this site too! I love to play with my sister and am usually the one to instigate it. I'd rather be right next to you than on you. I'm very sweet but will be a little shy at first. I am looking for my "forever" home with a person (people) who will love me forever! I would love to be adopted with my sister We are bonded. My foster mom is Laura If you are interested in Leo and Stella or have additional questions, please contact Silver Lake Animal Rescue League, Inc. at: slarl@yahoo.com

Story
Buttercup came into her foster home after her rescuers watched her get tossed from a car into the middle of a dirt road in the middle of no where. Buttercup is one of the lucky ones, someone noticed, someone cared and they got in contact with a rescue/foster. She was very scared, dirty and hungry when she came to her foster home. She cried/meowed for days straight. We can only assume she missed her mom and siblings. Buttercup was thrown from a car like a piece of garbage and those individuals did not care about her well being. She has grown and blossomed in her foster home. She loves her foster family, their children and the other cats in the home. Buttercup has become extremely close to an older foster cat named Calista (she is 3). Calista enjoys Buttercups company but Buttercup loves Calista. We would love for them to be adopted together. They would do so well being in a home together. If that isn’t possible Buttercup has to be adopted into a home with another young cat. She thrives on the companionship. Buttercup needs a friend by her side. Please if you or someone you know if looking for a bonded pair, these two are it. Both beautiful Calicos. Make their forever home dreams come true. https://form.jotform.com/220052826231141
