Story
Seamus (pronounced "shay-mus"), used to be a stray. Once we started feeding her, she never missed a meal. When it came time to move, Seamus also moved along with us to the new house and became an inside cat. According to the vet, she's about 8 years old. Seamus is very sweet. She will take any opportunity to find a way to be near you. We always joke that she has to "be on top of" the person she has taken a liking to. She likes scratches and loves a good, warm blanket to snuggle and nap on. Seamus also likes to sunbathe (indoors) and enjoys looking out the window. Seamus would do best in a single-pet home with owners who will have time to give her the attention she needs each day. She doesn't require much, but appreciates "quality time" (e.g., sitting/laying on the couch together, receiving pets, etc.). She would thrive in a "quieter" household, as lots of noise tends to send her hiding.

Needs special attention, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
We are a body shop. We have 5 stray cats that we regularly feed (they are all spayed and neutered). Our next door neighbor had 2 strays that he would feed, he passed away earlier this year and his 2 strays migrated to our group of cats. One of those strays recently hurt his back paw somehow. We caught him and took him to the vet. He ended up needing a toe amputation which we took care of. However, during his procedure, his test came back positive for FIV. We currently have the cat inside while it is recovering however we obviously can not release him back outdoors. We also can not keep him indoors indefinitely because we have 2 young indoor cats whom we've had to relocate temporarily. He knows how to use the litter box and the neighbor had a malinois so he is used to dogs. He would also go in and out of the neighbor's house, so he is not unfamiliar with being indoors. We chose not to have him put down but the current situation is also not feasible long term.

Story
I recently had twins and went back to work. I no longer have the time and attention I feel the boys need. He needs to be adopted with his brother/littermate Thomas.
