Sweet boy! I have never heard him hiss and he has never scratched any of us. He was a stray and we just aren’t able to give him the home he deserves right now. We did have him fixed though, and he is up-to-date on all shots.

Jilly is the sweetest cat ever! She may take a while to warm up to new people but once she does she is the cuddliest girl. She loves to be held and will try to crawl up onto your shoulder the minute you get home. She is definitely a lap cat. She's quiet and low maintence. When adopted from the shelter they told me that she was formerly pregnant before she was spayed, although all her litter didnt make it one even being a stillborn. She currently lives with two cats and a dog. She does not do well with other cats! She can be very territorial, Jilly would do lovely in a home all to herself and her owners. She does good with the dog though but can still be very skittish around dogs. Jilly loves attention and loves to claim a space as her own. I believe she would make an amazing addition to anyones family!

He is bonded to Siobhan and cannot be split from.him. These 2 are sooooo sweet. Their young mom died of cancer. It was heartbreaking for the family and the cats. Their mommy's dad took the kitties but cannot keep them. These two are used to a quiet home. They are extremely friendly and extremely sweet. We need a foster home for these guys in Southern Indiana or Louisville area. They are 3 years old and have a lifetime ahead of them. Must have vet references. This gray striped tabby is Mary Kay. She was born in 2022. She was found as a "stray" at a Walmart parking lot in a nearby county. The rescuer took her temporarily but could not keep her because she already has several other rescue cats. We subsequently discovered that Mary Kay has a microchip and was adopted from a shelter in yet another county. Attempts to locate the adopter were unsuccessful, so now Mary Kay is looking for a new family. Mary Kay is a petite girl and very social. She is easygoing, likes people and does well with other cats. This striking girl is Lucinda. She was born in May of 2025. She came to LIFE House as a tiny stray found in the wheel well of a car in the Kroger parking lot. She was extremely frightened of everyone and everything as a result of that experience but has become more social around people as time has gone on. Lucinda has striking coloring - a dark coat with the tips of her fur looking as though they are frosted. Lucinda is a high energy, athletic kitten who loves to play. She seems to get confidence from being around other cats and would do best in a home with a confident, playful cat that likes other cats.
