Story
This is Betty Sue. Her momma had her in a window well at my mom house. She belonged with her mom and 7 siblings to a next door neighbor, living mostly outside. The neighbor passed away and the family was abandoned. They started coming to mom’s house for food and water. We rescued them and set about finding them homes. Betty Sue would sit and look in the back porch window. Mom decided to adopt her and her momma Callie. She is a sweet girl but nervous around strangers. She would come sit with my mother. She likes belly scratches. She likes playing with the other cats. Has a tendency to get the zoomies. Does well with a litter box. Loves her food and snacks. We are rehoming this sweet girl because my mother has very recently passed away, and we have no room to take her. She is an inside cat now. She needs someone who will be patient with her while she gets used to a new home. We would love to see her adopted with her momma Callie. Also listed here

Story
This Callie. She became homeless with her 8 kittens when her owner died and the family moved and her. We started giving them food and water. They were semi-feral, but would allow pets while eating. We got them all fixed and set to finding her and the kittens homes. My mother decided to adopt Callie and one female kitten named Betty Sue who is also up for adoption since my mother has passed away. Callie was brought inside during a severe cold spell. And within two weeks decided indoor life is for her. She regularly slept with my sister, kissing her and sleeping on her pillow. She will also sit with us. She plays with the other cats, and loves dinner time and treats. We are rehoming her because the rest of the family can’t take her in. She is a really sweet girl. We are hoping to rehome her with her daughter Betty Sue. Who is also listed for adoption.
