Audrey is an adorable, loving and playful, three-month-old, female brown tabby kitten looking for a loving guardian. This friendly, sweet girl wandered into an auto body shop on the west side of Chicago. Luckily, she was brought to Friends of Petraits Rescue to find a loving indoor home. Audrey gets along with other felines and loves people. She loves to sleep in bed with her family, and lies right beside you lovingly. She is very healthy, dewormed, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, virus-tested negative for FIV/Felv, fecal-tested negative, and will be microchipped and spayed on Thursday, March 19th. She is ready for a new family and a lifetime of love. She is well-behaved in the home, uses her litter box and is not a picky eater. She is looking for a home with another cat. She would be lonely as the only feline in the home. Our sweet Symba really is the best. He has brought so much joy and laughter into our home. It is our painful regret that we have to rehome him. However, he just unfortunately is not getting the attention he needs and deserves with recent changes in our home dynamic, and he has started to go the bathroom on our big area rug because of that. We know that it is because of lack of attention, because we have tried different things, and it’s on the days he has the least attention that he does this. He is very good with kids and animals. However, we prefer him in a home where he is able to get lots of affection and love, because he needs it. He was a rescue, and lived as an outdoor cat before he came here to join our family. We have had him with us for 8 years, and have enjoyed every minute. Our hearts our just breaking because we know we are unable to give him what he needs. He is affectionate, playful and kind. We hope to find him the best home.
