I adopted Eva from the Delaware SPCA in June of 2016 when she was two years old. She loves to cuddle and is so incredibly affectionate. She is great with family, friends, and strangers. She loves windows where she can spy on the birds. My work schedule has changed over the years and that has kept me from being home with her to the extent that she deserves. I travel for work frequently, work long hours, and live alone, so she has been home alone more than I'd like for her. The ideal adoption situation is a household with a work-from-home situation. She would do best in a house where she is the only pet. She does not care for other cats or dogs much at all. She can warm up to children when they are gentle with her. Roux is an 8-year-old orange tabby who loves to play. He is HIGHLY food motivated, and as a result, he’s a big boy. He gets along with other cats and would do well in a home with other animals and kids. He is affectionate and will greet you at the door when you get home.

Two adorable brother cats in need of a new home. Leo & Luigi love to play, cuddle, eat, and look outside. They are the sweetest cats and love attention and belly scratches. I adopted them in September 2021 when they were just a few weeks old. They were born May 31, 2021 so they are about 3.5 years old now and full of energy. We recently just welcomed a baby into the home and although I would love to keep them forever, they need a home with less going on. I introduced the baby to the cats and the cats were not very interested. They have never hurt, scratched or hissed at anyone. They are a little scared of strangers so they will most likely keep to themselves when other people are around. When I adopted them it was just the three of us and ideally, that is the type of home I am looking for them. Leo is curious, friendly, and playful. Luigi is very shy, cuddly, and sweet. They really compliment each other and spend all their time together.

Brownie is friendly and sweet. She enjoys being petted. She is very clean and of good health. She was abandoned when the neighbors moved away. I’ve been feeding her and providing shelter outdoors. I will make sure she is vaccinated and vetted by Humane Animal Partners.

Ryder may be shy at first, but when he gets to know you, he is so much fun! He loves to play with the laser and really tries hard to climb the walls while chasing it! He enjoys being petted and will sometimes climb in bed with you to snuggle. Ryder may require some patience while he adjusts new people and surroundings. He will talk to you in “chirps” and he likes to explore and investigate what you were doing by lying near you and watching closely while purring. Ryder has been neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP and rabies, flea and worm treated, and is negative for feline leukemia and FIV. Mario and shy guy are brothers who were living underneath the disgusting abandoned trailer. The trailer park is soon to close down and they had to get out of there. They are sweet but shy boys who are happy to be inside and would love to be adopted together if at all possible because they're very good with each other. They have been neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP and rabies, flea and worm treated and are negative for feline leukemia and AIDS. .Ladybug aka Rosie came to our back porch pregnant, scared, and starving. She was desperately searching for any bit of food and came back every night to see if the other neighborhood cats left scraps on their plates. After a week of barely approaching us, Rosie was hungry enough to allow herself to be caught and brought inside again! We don’t know her full story but she was clearly someone’s abandoned pet because she is so incredibly sweet and loving. Rosie would be happy if every day she got to follow you around and get kisses any spare moment you had. She’s playful, curious, and earned the nickname “Nosey Rosie” because she just can’t stop seeing what you’re up to! She has learned to be brave and no longer hides when nervous. Now she prefers to sit right next to you, just in case you may need saving or a cuddle. She’ll be your absolute best friend if you adopt her! A friend with clear communication skills, by the way. Rosie is very clear that she loves face, shoulder, and head scratches (and kisses) but she is not a fan of butt pets. She’ll also chirp and roll around on the floor in the mornings to let you know she missed you while you were sleeping. Rosie is FIV positive, which is NOT a death sentence, the only way it could be spread and ONLY to cats is by deep bite wounds and she has proven that she can live peacefully in a house full of cats with no issues. She is being fostered in a home with four adult cats (3 girls & 1 boy) and she gets along with all of them, peacefully, with no incidents. She would do well in a house with other animals of any kind but might struggle in a house with young kids. She needs to live with someone who can understand her cues for no more pets and who will be ok with her always being right at your feet for attention. Is that your house? These are the Rambleton Acres babies (3 girls-tortoiseshell-tabico and black tabby and one boy-buff tabby). They were born under someone's shed and they cared enough to call for help so they can be brought in safe and sound and properly taken care of. They are very sweet but still shy yet but with a little TLC will come out of their shells very soon. They have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP and rabies, flea and worm treated, micro-chipped and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV.
