Story
Chestnut is a beautiful, affectionate, wonderful boy. I estimate that he’s about a year and a half old. I took him in 4 months ago when my big-hearted friend was unable to care for him and her 2 other rescue cats, which I am also rehoming. Chestnut loves belly rubs, is an enthusiastic purrer, and will want to be near you but won’t commandeer your lap. He’s playful and loves to chase and cuddle with other cats. A home with one of more active cats would be ideal. He and Beau (pictured and also listed) would make a great pair. The adoption fee will be completely refunded after he’s lived with you for 6 months.

Story
Lois was born in February 2018 (~7 years old). We adopted her at 8 months old in October 2018 from East County Animal Shelter. She is a playful cat and very friendly with people, although she is shy around other animals. Lois is a healthy, loving, litter-trained cat with all necessary immunizations and was spayed at eight months old. She is a curious cat who gets along with people, but is quite shy around all other animals. She has lived with another cat briefly and was quite independent and shy, but got along just fine and eventually warmed up to the other cat when she grew curious of how he opened cupboards. She is a very brave cat, but is scared of large dogs. She has tried to befriend a small cat while on a walk. Lois is an indoor cat, but is very comfortable outside and gets a lot of sunlight. I’m happy to provide her records, toys, treats, and an automatic litter box.

Story
Rocky is a sweet little boy cat that we found in our apartment complex as a stray. We have tried introducing him to our cats but they are not having anything to do with it. No fault of Rockys. He is playful, sweet and loving. He just needs a good forever home.

Story
Hello! We got Sisu back in August of 2021 as a kitten. She is a calm cat, keeps to herself but always comes to say hello when we return home from work. She has never had a problem with kids, we have a 7 year old. She also spends her days playing with the dog pictured here as well. Unfortunately, our lease ended and we are moving and struggling to find places that accommodate animals. We have exhausted our options and are sad to have to go this route, but hopeful for Sisu to find a home.

Carat is an absolute dream. He is a sweetheart. He loves to play and then will come and check in for some lap time. He loves to play and he plays hard. He really loves the toy springs and interactive toys. He loves to help do anything you may be doing. Him and his sister was both abandoned near a large intersection and was just sweet as pie on first meet. You have to meet these two knuckleheads. The adoption fee for the bonded pair is $400.00.

Story
We rescued Charlie 8 years ago when she was just a couple months old. She was available for adoption with her siblings, but after falling asleep in our arms during one of our visits we knew she was the one and have loved her since. She grew up with our oldest and has been with us since. She’s very talkative, playful, and affectionate. At this time our circumstances have changed and we are not able to give her the attention she needs and we’d love to see her go to a family that can give her just then. She’s a cat that wants to be in the mix when she’s not sunbathing on the window sill.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Cat Support (Info@catsupport.net) for more information about this pet.Peaches - DOB 6.10.23- is considered a slightly special needs kitty who has had a rough start in life. She was rescued from under a freeway overpass as a young kitten. When we rescued her it was apparent her breathing was sometimes faster than it should be. However, despite months of vet visits and tons of testing, all her tests have come back normal and vets have been unable to diagnose her with any specific reason why she sometimes has a rapid respiratory rate - a possibility is it could be asthma related but not diagnosed.. Despite that, Peaches is a very low maintenance kitty. Shes very independent but not reclusive, she’s always around her people she’s just not a huge cuddle bug however we think that may change with less foster kitties around to steal the attention. She does well with other cats but would likely do well as an only kitty also. She does enjoy pets and will give you her soft purr as a form of being content. She almost always is near her people whether that be sitting next to you on the couch or sitting at your feet. :)  Shes playful but not overly active. She’s not needy, pushy and has very good manners when it comes to not scratching furniture and not jumping on counters. She LOVES treats and will come running just hearing the sound of the bag. She often sleeps in bed right up against her person for warmth. She’s a very good (and soft!) girl who just needs someone who will love her unconditionally! Peaches would be happiest in a calm household with no young or very active children. They are not at all demanding of their humans but are affectionate when approached. Cucumber was slower to warm to humans but when she watched her brother get snuggles she decided it wasn’t so bad. They have been living with two very large and active 2 year old cats and a 4 year old Yorkie that they have done very well with. Although not yet exposed to children we believe after a period of gradual introduction they will do very well with kids of any age as long as the children are gentle. These two will bring fun and joy to any household. Having them both will be half the work and twice the fun! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Cat Support (Info@catsupport.net) for more information about this pet.Resilience (Est. DOB: 12.1.21) is a super sweet, polydactyl (has extra toes) girl that bonds strongly to her people over time.       We got a call about Resi when she was just a kitten, approximately 5 months old at the time, and someone abandoned her outside of a local Petsmart. When a manager of the store came to open she was found by the front door huddled against the wall frozen in fear. She was extremely sick, emaciated and in need of urgent medical care. We immediately brought her into our rescue and got to work to get her back to good health.        She LOVES pets and affection. She does however show some signs that she may have endured abuse before coming to us as she has an odd hand shyness. Not your traditional running away fear with hands but instead will continue to ask for pets but once she feels touch lowers her body down as if she has been hit or abused with hands in the past. Despite that she ALWAYS wants more. It’s just a quirk of hers that we have learned to love. She has the most amazing meow that is more of a chirp than a meow. She will follow you around the house with her tiny chirping asking for you to pet her. She also loves her foster mom to hold her but it has taken her a long time to earn that trust with being held, otherwise with people she doesn’t know she wriggles herself away from being picked up. She LOVES to play and particular loves golf balls. She has become her foster dads little caddy when he practices putting in the house, even though she will steal the ball right before he lands the put lol        After a long medical journey Resilence is now fat, happy and ready for her new forever home. She is a special needs kitty who requires a daily medication that she will likely need to stay on for the rest of her life. Fortunately, this medication is extremely easy to give and she actually looks forward to it each night as it’s given in a cat treat. She has gained a little too much weight from her medication which has led to an additional nickname “Butterball”. To help keep her from gaining any more weight the vet has recommended that we do need to be mindful of how much she’s eating and help guide her to loosing a little bit of weight so that is something you’ll need to continue with her if adopting.         If you are interested in learning more about her special needs please email us for more information at info@catsupport.net. After all she’s been through she deserves a stable home that will never abandoned her again and love her unconditionally.    Resi is looking for a calm household with no children and although she does tolerate other cats as long as they don’t get too close she really would prefer to have all the attention to herself and be an only cat. She has not yet been introduced to dogs. We aren’t positive on how she would do but if we had to guess she would likely only do ok with a dog that is calm, lazy (like a senior dog) and would not bother her. She likely would not do well with an active, playful dog or a dog that was very curious with cats and tried to be near her often. An adult only home with no other pets is her dream home however if that’s not your home but you are still interested in her please still reach out so we can chat!
