Story
Meet Diamond! This sweet, talkative stray is ready to find his forever home. The vet thinks he is around 2 years old. He’s affectionate, loves pets, and enjoys cuddling up in blankets. He’s playful and has a big appetite for wet food! He loves his cat tree and enjoys catnip! Diamond was neutered and microchipped about a month ago. While he’s been unbothered by my dog when they’re outside at a distance, we’re unsure how he’d interact with dogs indoors. From what I’ve seen he’d likely do best as the only cat in the home. Diamond is looking for a loving family who can give him the attention and care he craves.

Story
Sox was adopted as a kitten by my son who moved out and was unable to keep her at his new apartment. She has been around our large dogs and young kids and has done great! She’s never been around other cats so that may be hard on her. She loves to be touched and cuddled but also can be left alone. Such a great temperament ! She is 100% litter box trained and will come with her box and extra litter and food & dishes to get her started. We would love to see her go to a good home and be kept indoors as it’s all she knows. If you’re looking for a sweet, easy maintenance kitty, Sox is your girl!

Story
I rescued Harry as a young cat while living in Massachusetts several years ago. I recently moved out to California after my son started college, and I took ill with a debilitating medical condition right when I moved, making it impossible for me to care for him on my own. Harry is a beautiful, incredibly sweet adult male cat, approximately 8 years. He loves people of all ages and purrs like no cat I've ever seen. He is neutered, and is not declawed (illegal in MA anyway), but he never uses his claws when being held or petted that I've experienced. He will happily eat dry or wet cat food. Looking for a very good, very stable home for Harry with people (or a person) who will show him lots of love, and he will give it in return. Harry is an indoor cat. Any questions please feel free to ask. I will happily supply any litter, toys, and food/water dishes he has at the time of adoption.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW. IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. If you still have questions after, we are happy to respond through email. It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! STARBIE and his 3 siblings (SHADOW, ELCO & INKY) were rescued from Los Angeles, California on Alameda and 101 in a trucking company parking lot. Rescue mama was called that a lady was trapping all the cats to get them fixed and needed help with the kittens. So our trapper went out and brough us the kittens so they would not have to die in that truck parking lot. They brought us 2 different set of siblings. A total of 7 kittens. And now STARBIE is ready for her FUREVER home! And let's let her tell you all about herself! Hello, I'm STARBIE! As a young cat, I'm still learning about the world around me. I'm independent, so I don't need constant attention, but I'm sweet enough to melt your heart. My curiosity keeps me exploring, and my goofy side keeps me stumbling into silly situations. I'm smart, figuring out new toys quickly, and playful, always ready for a game. I can be a bit shy, but once I trust you, we'll be best friends. I've got a mischievous streak, and my zoomies are something to behold. I'm mellow too, so after a play session, I'm content to curl up and snooze. Why should you adopt me? Well, I promise to keep you entertained, provide plenty of laughs, and give you all the love a kitten can give. I'm ready to find my forever home, are you ready for a STARBIE-sized bundle of joy? STARBIE is DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / MACKEREL TABBY MIX. She is about 1 year 6 months old and is good with cats. She has not been around young children or dogs. She has been around Guinea pigs. STARBIE is currently at our rescue in Hemet, California. ADOPTION PROCESS: 1. Go to Workinwhiskers.com (Click on ADOPT) 2. Fill Out Online Form 3. Submit Online Application 4.
