Story
I rescued Harry as a young cat while living in Massachusetts several years ago. I recently moved out to California after my son started college, and I took ill with a debilitating medical condition right when I moved, making it impossible for me to care for him on my own. Harry is a beautiful, incredibly sweet adult male cat, approximately 8 years. He loves people of all ages and purrs like no cat I've ever seen. He is neutered, and is not declawed (illegal in MA anyway), but he never uses his claws when being held or petted that I've experienced. He will happily eat dry or wet cat food. Looking for a very good, very stable home for Harry with people (or a person) who will show him lots of love, and he will give it in return. Harry is an indoor cat. Any questions please feel free to ask. I will happily supply any litter, toys, and food/water dishes he has at the time of adoption.

Stellar Is A Little Over 3 Years Old.I Adopted Her When She Was A Kitten From PetSmart In La Quinta, Ca.She Has Lived & Traveled With Me Back & Fourth From SoCal To Az. She Does Very Well In The Car When Traveling.Stellar Is House Trained & Listens Well When You Don’t Want Her On Something Such As A Counter Or Table. She Enjoys Looking Out The Windows & Watching Whatever Might Be Moving Out There.Stellar Has Only Ever Been An Indoor Cat But Is Comfortable With Walking On A Leash. When On The Leash Outside She Likes To Explore & Do Her Own Thing So Don’t Be Surprised When Her Great Manors & Listening Become Selective. She Likes Playing With Strings & Will Chase Small Toy Balls/ Mouse When You Toss Them.We Live Around Large Dogs Also & She Has Gotten Along With All Of Them. I Never Thought Id Have To Look For A New Home For Stellar But Unfortunately With Me Having To Travel With Work & Not Being With Her Majority Of The Day I Feel As If It Is Unfair For Her.My Girlfriend Is Also Allergic

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW. IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. If you still have questions after, we are happy to respond through email. It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! STARBIE and his 3 siblings (SHADOW, ELCO & INKY) were rescued from Los Angeles, California on Alameda and 101 in a trucking company parking lot. Rescue mama was called that a lady was trapping all the cats to get them fixed and needed help with the kittens. So our trapper went out and brough us the kittens so they would not have to die in that truck parking lot. They brought us 2 different set of siblings. A total of 7 kittens. And now STARBIE is ready for her FUREVER home! And let's let her tell you all about herself! Hello, I'm STARBIE! As a young cat, I'm still learning about the world around me. I'm independent, so I don't need constant attention, but I'm sweet enough to melt your heart. My curiosity keeps me exploring, and my goofy side keeps me stumbling into silly situations. I'm smart, figuring out new toys quickly, and playful, always ready for a game. I can be a bit shy, but once I trust you, we'll be best friends. I've got a mischievous streak, and my zoomies are something to behold. I'm mellow too, so after a play session, I'm content to curl up and snooze. Why should you adopt me? Well, I promise to keep you entertained, provide plenty of laughs, and give you all the love a kitten can give. I'm ready to find my forever home, are you ready for a STARBIE-sized bundle of joy? STARBIE is DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / MACKEREL TABBY MIX. She is about 1 year 6 months old and is good with cats. She has not been around young children or dogs. She has been around Guinea pigs. STARBIE is currently at our rescue in Hemet, California. ADOPTION PROCESS: 1. Go to Workinwhiskers.com (Click on ADOPT) 2. Fill Out Online Form 3. Submit Online Application 4. Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! STEWART was saved by an independent rescuer. The lady was killed by a drunk driver. We were asked to help with her rescues and to our dismay, her house was a horrific hoarding case. There was so many dead cats and feces everywhere. We pulled 55 cats that were still alive. Our rescue took 26 of those cats into out rescue. STEWART was one of the lucky ones to get out alive. Meet STEWART (or as his friends call him, Stewy), a gentle 5 year old tabby with a heart as soft as his plush, striped fur. This shy yet sweet boy hails from Lucerne Valley, CA, and has experienced quite the journey to becoming the loving companion he is today. While STEWART might be reserved at first, he has blossomed into a calm and affectionate cat who now craves gentle pets and quiet moments of connection with his caregivers. His favorite place to be is curled up in a cozy corner of his catio, where he can soak up the sun’s warm rays while lounging in his beloved cat tower. STEWART’s world revolves around the simple pleasures in life—especially his favorite treat, a Churu. He’ll happily let you pet him while indulging in this tasty reward, making snack time a special bonding experience. His transformation into a more confident and social cat is truly inspiring, especially considering his humble beginnings. While STEWART is still a bit shy, he draws immense confidence from the company of other cats. He thrives in the presence of feline friends, finding joy and reassurance in their companionship, and would love to share his new home with another gentle cat or two. He really shines when surrounded by other cats who are soaking up love and attention, making him the perfect addition to a multi-cat household. STEWART’s tender heart and quiet courage are just waiting to bring peace and warmth into the lives of his future family. He’ll need a patient and loving environment where he can continue to blossom at his own pace, but the reward will be a sweet, loyal companion who’s ready to fill your days with contented purrs and sun-soaked afternoons. Could your home be the peaceful sanctuary STEWART has been waiting for? He’s ready to meet his new loving family! STEWART is DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / TABBY MIX. he is about 5 years and 6 months old and is GREAT with other cats.
