Story
Found Loki as a kitten near my work and took her home. She’s been a faithful companion to our family and our dog, but my 78 father who lives with us is allergic and now we can’t keep her. She’s very friendly and would be a fun companion.

Story
His Story: Zipper, Zippy, The Zipster, started his life at a heavy equipment plant along with other kittens who were born and rescued there. His standout physical feature is: Well, isn't it obvious? How handsome he is? His standout personality trait: Zipper is extraordinarily outgoing and has been from day one. Shy? Not the Zipster! He's a heart stealer! Energy level: You know the story about the three bears? Not to hot, not to cold, but just right? That's him. Want to meet Zipper? Send us an email and we will respond with some questions to better get to know you before deciding on a good time for a meet and greet. We deliver all of our adoptable pets to their new home. We serve most of the 530 and 916 area codes. We do not charge an adoption fee and ask only for a donation to help offset some of our costs. All of our adoptable pets are fully vetted and ready and waiting for their new loving homes! We look forward to hearing from YOU!

Story
Bob is 1 of 3 kittens that a young community cat from my mom’s apartment complex had on 8/1/24. My elderly mom has been caring for the kittens and is no longer able to as she is very allergic to them and also cannot afford to. The local shelters and rescues are full, even if we were able to pay a surrender fee, there is simply no room. We’re just looking for good homes for them so we don’t have to put them outside where they may make more unhoused kitties. We learned that you can get them fixed for free through the SPCA community cat program but are not able to get it done ourselves. Also, “tabby” is just my best guess on the breed. The first photos are of him (and his siblings, Mattie/orange and Molly/black, who are also up for adoption) at about 6 weeks old and the last photo is of him the other day at about 13 weeks old. He is sweet, also playful and cuddly with his mom and siblings. They eat Purina cat chow and Temptations treats.
We'll also keep you updated on Mattie's adoption status with email updates.

Story
Frankie was left behind at a feral colony that we care for. This young and playful cat thrives around children and gets along well with other felines, but he isn't a good match for small dogs or birds.

Story
Amber is a sweet & special kitty looking for her forever home. Her story began as one of two cats left behind when our dear friend passed away in 2023. Since then, we’ve been caring for her with so much love, but now we’re moving and sadly can’t take her with us. 😭😿 Why You’ll Love Amber: • Lovable & Affectionate: Though she’s a bit skittish at first, once Amber warms up, she’s a total lovebug. She adores snuggling up close. Wherever you are, she’ll want to be right there too. • Playful Personality: When she’s comfortable, Amber is full of energy and loves to play! She’ll keep you entertained with her playful antics. She loves kitty tv! • Independent Queen: Amber is an alpha cat who thrives best as the only feline in the house. • Adorable Quirks: Amber can’t purr due to chronic nasal congestion, but she’s perfectly healthy! She’ll meow (especially at mealtime!) to let you know she’s happy and content. Bonus: her love of food makes her easy to bribe with treats! Companion for u❤
