Tabby kittens & cats in Carlsbad, California

posting this on behalf of my brother who lives in Vista. This sweet kitty (we think he is around 1 years old) came onto my brother's lot a few months ago. He put out flyers and no one claimed him. He is VERY sweet, good with dogs, etc and is looking for a home. We believe he is fixed and not sure about shots or anything as my brother hasn't taken him to the vet. We are looking for a good home for him. My brother is at max capacity with animals and he doesn't want to take him to a shelter. Please text is you're seriously interested. **not sure of breed

I originally took them in because a family member got evicted and couldn’t keep them so they gave them to another home and the kitties were so scared of the other animals in that home so that family gave them back to my family member and then my family member brought them to my house. I decided to let them stay in my room a while as we try to find a forever home for these sweet babies! I’d keep them but the issue is my roommate is allergic to cats so they are forced to stay in my room and they deserve so much more! They are friendly with people and love to cuddle/sleep with me/people! One is “Slim” and the other is “thickums”!

Delaney is a beautiful, 6 month old Tabby girl. She is a sweet and loving. A true prize.

This is Morris. He is a 6 month old Orange Tabby. He is playful, very sweet, loving, good with other cats, and is always good about using his litter box. He has a soft, short coat.

Meet Diamond! This sweet, talkative stray is ready to find his forever home. The vet thinks he is around 2 years old. He’s affectionate, loves pets, and enjoys cuddling up in blankets. He’s playful and has a big appetite for wet food! He loves his cat tree and enjoys catnip! Diamond was neutered and microchipped about a month ago. While he’s been unbothered by my dog when they’re outside at a distance, we’re unsure how he’d interact with dogs indoors. From what I’ve seen he’d likely do best as the only cat in the home. Diamond is looking for a loving family who can give him the attention and care he craves.

We consider Finn as important to us as any family member. Rehoming him is not easy but necessary for him to have a full enjoyable life. We adopted Finn as a rescue three years ago when he was a newborn. He is full of energy and loves companionship. Finn loves to be in your lap or somewhere close to you most of the time. He loves bird watching through the windows, sitting on his perch and playing fetch. Believe it or not with a ball that he brings back to you. A change in career and necessary travel takes us away from home often, this is the reason we feel it necessary for Finn to find his forever home. Tabby‘s are very unique in nature. She was living with her littermates on the street in a high danger zone. We couldn't leave them there, so our volunteer took all of them in to give them a chance at life. Amaretto is a shy girl, it will take her a while to warm up to her humans, but once she does, you have a friend for life. We know she appreciates having been rescued and wants to trust people so badly but it just takes her a little time. She could easily join a home with another cat or cat savvy dog. She is particularly fond of one of her siblings. So if you are interested in adopting a pair, please look at Kahlua's bio as well. They do not need to be adopted together, but if interested in two kitties, they would be a great duo. Because of her initial shyness, we would be open to a foster-to-adopt program with her. If you think she might be the one for you but want to do a trial period to make sure, we can arrange that. She loves her cat tree and soft beds in her foster home. And she is very treat motivated, so that would be a fast track to bonding with her. She just needs a forever person or family to give her a chance. He loves to be pet and rubs up against your legs to show his thankfulness to you. He especially loves mealtime, where he is the most vocal. He can't wait to see what's for breakfast, lunch and dinner! He could easily join a home with another cat or cat savvy dog. He is particularly fond of one of his siblings. He is very sweet and loves to hang out with his people on the couch while watching TV or snuggling next to them on the bed at night. He also enjoys his cat tree, so that would be a must in his new home. He also is a foodie which has contributed to making him the beautiful big boy he is. He has the sweetest meow. He loves to let you know when he needs some love and will meow at you until you pay attention to him. He's been going to our adoption events for many months now, but he always gets overlooked because he is a little shy in new surroundings.
