He’s always up for a game of "catch me if you can" and will keep you entertained with his quirky habit of standing on two legs like a meerkat to sniff around. He still has that fun puppy energy and is learning to channel it in positive ways. Summit is potty-trained as long as he’s on a regular schedule, and he knows the “sit” command. He would thrive with a family ready to help him work on leash training and socialization. Summit can be vocal and alert at home and on walks, so he’ll need a little extra patience and structure to help him feel confident and calm. Meet Imogene! Imogene is the sweetest girl. She’s a 35 lb schnauzer mix and is around 5 1/2 years old. She loves walks (she’s used to two per day), playing fetch, belly rubs, and relaxing on the couch. She’s friendly with other dogs but has only ever lived in a solo dog household. She can bark sometimes and gets jumpy when guests arrive, but she’s quick to calm down - especially if she gets pets and scratches. She’s fully vetted, house trained, and sleeps indoors. Imogene would be a wonderful addition to any person or family without young children (under 10 yrs). To meet Imogene, please fill out an application. Adoption fee of $295 includes neuter/spay, microchip, heartworm testing, deworming, vaccinations, and other necessary procedures.
