Story
Hi there! My name is Lio, and I’m excited to share my story with you. I was born around 2018, and my life took a transformative turn in 2024 when I was rescued from an unlicensed breeding facility in Boryeong. Since then, I’ve been on a heartfelt quest to find my forever home, and I can’t wait to tell you more about myself. I’m an affectionate little girl who loves to greet both familiar faces and new friends! With my playful spirit, I’ll happily come up to you, nuzzle against you, and enjoy some loving pets. You can even scoop me up and give me a belly rub! While I haven’t had much experience with children under 13, I promise to be gentle and kind. When I feel safe around you, I’ll show you my belly for a nice rub! I thrive on outdoor activities and have a playful side. I have plenty of experience with walks and I’m great at following my person without pulling on the leash. With my high energy level, I need plenty of fun walks and playtime to keep me happy. After a day of adventure, there’s nothing I enjoy more than curling up and relaxing at home. When it comes to my dog companions, I’m friendly and enjoy saying hello, but I’m not much of a player. I can get a little feisty if another dog provokes me, so it’s best to keep an eye on me during introductions. While I don’t guard my food from people, I might growl if another dog approaches while I’m eating. I also tend to be a bit jealous, which makes me think I’d prefer to be the only pet in the household. I’m still working on building my confidence, especially when it comes to being left alone. I might let you know if I’m feeling a little anxious or if I want something, as I do express my needs with some vocalizations. While I haven’t met any cats yet, I’m curious about them! I’m fully trained to use indoor pads and enjoy outdoor bathroom breaks as well. Oh, and I have a bit of a jumping talent! My agility means I could easily hop over low fences, so that’s something to keep in mind if you have a yard. Right now, I know how to sit on command, and I’m eager to learn more tricks! I can’t wait to find a loving home where I can share my playful spirit and affection. If you’re looking for a loyal and energetic companion, I hope you’ll consider bringing me into your family. I promise to fill your life with love and joy

Story
Flor is a loving, calm, and laid-back dog looking for a cozy home to call her own. She enjoys life’s simple pleasures: eating, basking in the sunshine, and soaking up affection from her favorite humans. Her perfect day includes lounging in a sunny spot and getting belly rubs.Flor's ideal home would be with older adults or anyone who enjoys a slower pace of life. She thrives in a quiet environment where she can relax without too much activity. Flor is best suited to a home without large dogs or stairs, and she’s perfectly content skipping intense exercise routines.Rescued from a mechanic's shop where she endured a tough start, Flor arrived covered in ticks, knots, and dirt. Today, she’s blossomed into a sweet, food-loving pup who treasures her peaceful moments. However, Flor has limited vision and prefers not to share her meals with other pets, so her new family should be mindful of this.Flor has some basic training under her belt—she knows how to stay, come, and walk nicely on a leash. She's the perfect companion for someone who values quiet moments and gentle affection. Are you ready to give Flor the loving home she deserves? This sweet girl will reward you with her warmth and loyalty every day. To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. Story
Elvis is a sweet, affectionate, and happy little dog who’s ready to bring endless joy to his new family. He loves playing with other dogs, bonding with his humans, and having fun with his favorite toys. Elvis thrives on companionship and will always be by your side, making him the perfect buddy for someone looking for a loyal and loving friend.Elvis's ideal home is with someone who enjoys spending time with him—whether it’s playing, going for walks, or simply snuggling together. He would be happiest with a family that loves interactive play and values his close, affectionate nature.A home where Elvis is left alone for long periods or expected to stay outside wouldn't be the right fit. He’s not a fan of crates and prefers to be near his people, especially when it’s time to relax.Rescued after a kind friend found him, Elvis was posted on Facebook to search for his original family, but no one came forward. Now he’s ready for a fresh start with someone who will give him the forever home he deserves.Elvis knows basic commands like stay, come, and walk on a leash. He’s not aggressive, eats well, and loves to sleep close to his human. If you’re looking for a playful, snuggly companion who will love you unconditionally, Elvis might just be your perfect match.
