Story
Hello, our dog Ichiro is a sweet and affectionate 5-year-old doodle, and we’ve had him since he was three months old. He has a loving personality and enjoys being around people, but he is also very energetic and thrives in a home where he can get plenty of attention and activity. Ichiro does have some excited peeing and a sensitive stomach, so he would do best with a patient owner who can provide consistency and structure. Our family is currently looking to expand and may be relocating overseas in the fall, so we are hoping to find him a home that can better meet his needs and give him the time and energy he deserves. This is a very difficult decision for us, and we want to make sure he goes to a loving and suitable home

Story
Meet Dorothy! Dorothy is a beautiful 7-year-old, 42-pound purebred Moyen Poodle. She is finally getting the chance to experience life as a beloved family pet after spending most of her years with a backyard breeder. Dorothy has a calm, easygoing nature and is wonderfully well-mannered. She’s happiest lounging in the sun outside or relaxing on a cozy couch. While she can get excited to see her people, she tends to take her time warming up and appreciates a gentle, patient approach. She enjoys being close to her person and will quietly follow you from room to room, content just to be nearby. Dorothy does great on leash, rides well in the car, and is crate trained. She gets along well with other dogs and shows a calm, curious demeanor around them without being reactive. Dorothy is in the final stages of potty training and continuing to adjust to a consistent routine in the home. Dorothy would thrive in a patient, loving home that will give her the time and reassurance she needs as she continues settling into the life she deserves.   Applications can be filled out at www.piedmontanimalrescue.com/adopt!  Petfinder and Adopt-A-Pet does NOT send us Applications.   We receive many applications and many never respond after processing GREATLY delaying the pets forever home.  Please only apply if you are serious about adopting.  Please also make sure your pets are up to date on you species applicable Vaccines (rabies, Distemper/Parvo, FVRCP, Bordetella), spayed/neutered, and on Heartworm prevention if a canine.   The adoption fee includes their age appropriate vaccinations(DA2PP and Bordetella), Dewormer, spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm test as well as the registration of their microchip information to you. Story
Meet Milo — the giant baby with a heart of gold!. Milo is a 1yearold Danedoodle (Great Dane + Poodle), which means he’s part gentle giant, part fluffy goofball, and 100% lovebug. He adores kids, loves all people, and gets along beautifully with other dogs. He’s naturally submissive, sweet, and eager to please. Milo’s adoption fee covers all his shots, neuter, and microchip, so he’s ready to start his new life. This big boy needs an adopter who understands what it’s like to live with a large dog — someone who’s comfortable managing his size and keeping up with his regular grooming. He’s crate trained, very smart, and is already doing well learning to walk on a leash. Milo would thrive in a home with a fenced yard where he can run, play, and burn off his puppy energy. He’s still young, so he’s the perfect mix of playful, goofy, and snuggly. If you’re looking for a lovable, fluffy, familyfriendly companion who will make you laugh every day, Milo might just be your perfect match. ##2706744##
