WE ARE SHORT FOSTERS SO IT WILL TAKE TIME AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A DATE OR LOCATION. All dogs are kept up to date on age appropriate vaccines/preventatives while in foster care. Puppies are not yet altered due to their young age. Applications to adopt can be found online at https://www.pack9rescue.org/applications/ New Oxford PA 17350; LIC #9736 We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate. Get to know Wilma: Wilma's a simple gal, a southern belle, and currently recovering from a bad injury- she was found outside a "car repair" place.... they didn't know how to repair a puppy so she was taken to the rescue after she was found. It was a really scary and sad situation but for Wilma, it started her REAL life- one of love and eating regularly and having HOPE! She's an absolute cutie with her scruffy ears and few spots on her white coat. She has a pretty smile and loves to wag her tail. The rescue people think Wilma is a Standard Poodle/Sheepdog mix... she has such a wonderful and outgoing personality. She is great with all people she meets and the smile she shares will melt everyone's heart, so be prepared!!! She'll be living a bit more laid back right now as her recovery process progresses. No high energy play or crazy activities. But that won't be for long!!! She is still a pup and now that she is fixed up and fed well and LOVED by the rescue people, she has LOTS OF FUN and LOTS OF ENERGY :) Local adoption fee is $400 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $600 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Blitzen is a beautiful 8-month-old Huskydoodle. HE IS AFRAID OF MEN! He will avoid them if given the opportunity but if he feels cornered by a man (for example, he is being removed from his kennel) he will move as far away as he can and bark and growl. He has not shown any of this behavior while in large crowds in public. He is pretty good on a leash and crate trained. He hasn’t shown any destructive behavior and is super affectionate with all the ladies. Since his aggressive behavior toward men is fear based & he is a young dog, it is very likely that with love, patience and security, Blitzen will learn to trust men the same way he presently trusts womenFOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN.
