Her husband and father are very ill and she doesn't have the time that Buster deserves. Buster is good with other dogs. We have been told he is housetrained. Some wonderful facts about Poodles. Blitzen is a beautiful 8-month-old Huskydoodle. HE IS AFRAID OF MEN! He will avoid them if given the opportunity but if he feels cornered by a man (for example, he is being removed from his kennel) he will move as far away as he can and bark and growl. He has not shown any of this behavior while in large crowds in public. He is pretty good on a leash and crate trained. He hasn’t shown any destructive behavior and is super affectionate with all the ladies. Since his aggressive behavior toward men is fear based & he is a young dog, it is very likely that with love, patience and security, Blitzen will learn to trust men the same way he presently trusts womenFOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. She was a rescue dog, kept with her two male siblings and was extremely timid as they bullied her. She’s come out of her shell here with us and my dogs and is doing fantastic. All of my dogs sleep in the room at night so they are house trained. She’s fantastic with kids and cats but a little shy at first. She was not socialized much for her first year of life. Her hair is wary rather curly so she is a no shed dog, but not curly which is good because wary hair does not mat and needs very little Grooming. We are located in Harrison, Arkansas, but the adoption fee does cover the transport to your location. This handsome Standard Poodle is a rare offering due to his extreme calm gentile personality and medium energythat is complimented by his endearing personality of love. Our boy's name is BJ and he is 4 to 5 years old and weighs 50 lb. This loving boy was found running has a stray and very very thin and very very matted. He ended up in a super small town shelter in a super small cage. We got him out because we saw such potential in him and such a need for a true second chance. We shaved him down, we got him neutered and fully vetted and also fixed his eyelids that were having the eyelashes grow inward. It's called entropion eyelid surgery and it was truly what he needed to have a comfortable life. He is healed up and he is ready to be your very own heartthrob. He is housebroken, crate train, good on a leash, fabulous with cats and other dogs. This boy is such a good catch for a Doodle. None of the typical problems of no manners and wild and wide open with energy. He is totally the opposite. Only wants to do is be your shadow, be your devoted companion and have a part of your life and your heart.
