Story
Meet Marry Ann: Your Lovable Gentle Giant Marry Ann is the kind of dog who steals hearts wherever she goes. At 4 years old and tipping the scales at an impressive 110 pounds, this beautiful Saint Bernard is nothing short of a giant cuddle bug. With her striking bicolor coat of brown and white and her calm, affectionate personality, she’s the perfect companion for anyone looking to add a lovable, playful, and loyal friend to their family. Sadly, Marry Ann’s life took an unexpected turn when her owner, a federal government employee, was recalled back to the office after years of teleworking. Facing long hours of travel and hotel stays, her owner made the difficult decision to rehome her, knowing she deserves a stable, loving environment where she can continue to thrive. Marry Ann is the definition of a social butterfly—she adores people and is great with kids. While she hasn’t been around other dogs yet, her sweet and playful demeanor suggests she’d make fast friends with them. Her behavior with cats is unknown, but her gentle nature gives us hope she’d adjust well with proper introductions. This sweet girl is fully house-trained and crate-trained, and she’ll even come with her own crate! She’s up-to-date on vaccinations and rabies, and her adoption fee includes her spay surgery, which will be scheduled through our clinic. Marry Ann is also set to be microchipped, ensuring she’s ready for her forever home. With a medium energy level, Marry Ann loves to play but is equally content snuggling up for quiet moments with her favorite humans. Whether it’s a walk in the park or a lazy afternoon indoors, she’s happiest when she’s by your side. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to this gentle giant, Marry Ann is ready to return the love tenfold. Reach out to Sunny Bear Rescue today to meet her and start the journey toward giving her the forever family she deserves. 🐾❤️
