You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Juna is a shih tzu mix who came to the shelter as an owner surrender. Her owner decided she had too many animals. She looks like she could be mixed with other small breeds like poodle and Maltese . She's a little reserved at first but warms up quickly and loves attention. She will be vet checked and spayed on Sept. 4th and her fee is $150. Juna will need a little bit of basic training as she is a younger dog who is about 9 to 10 months old. She has lived with other animals and kids. We do think she would do best in a home with kids over 5. A potential adopter should be prepared for the regular grooming that she will require due to her breed mix. NOTE:  Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved. Applications must be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org. Keep an eye on your emails if you apply. We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.
