Every question must be answered, and it must be signed.-Applicants must be 21+ years old and live within a 50-mile radius of our shelter at 22415 Groesbeck Hwy, Warren 48089.-You must identify at least 1 animal that you are interested in.Once your application is received, it will be assigned to one of our volunteer Adoption Counselors who will follow-up with the applicant who is the best fit within a few days, or to discuss other options. It could take up to a couple of weeks for you to receive a final disposition on your application so there is no need to check on the status.-Introductions will be scheduled by appointment only, 30 minutes per appointment. The entire household, including current dogs, must be present for the appointment. (Note: Please do not bring your dogs if you are meeting cats!). Despite his rough start, Griffin is a happy fella who loves attention and is not overly vocal. Due to a flea allergy, his coat may not be as full as it will be once he receives proper care. This sweet boy is crate trained, has a good understanding of house manners, and walks nicely on a leash. Griffin is not suitable for tethering as he prefers to be close with his people.
