I am a 2 year old, Male, Shih Tzu.Luna and Dunkin came in together, it would be nice if they could go to their forever home together but they do not have to! They will be happy just to know they both have homes.They both are 2 year old Shih Tzu's.If you are interested in this breed, please be aware that they require regular grooming.They certainly like each other but we aren't sure how they are with other dogs yet, of course any potential siblings would need a meet and greet.They seem to get a little over-excited when they see the cats at this time, but we could test that more in the future if potential adopters have cats in the home. No Cat Friendly? Unknown Kid Friendly: Unknown If yes, what's the youngest child you'd recommend they be placed with? Special traits that make your foster special or that we need to know about them? Teddy had a rough life before coming to GRR. He has a scar on his left eye and his bottom jaw doesn't align with the top, causing his tongue to stick out most of the time. These are old injuries that don't cause him any problems. He gets around just fine and eats dry food without any problem. Despite his rough beginnings, Teddy is as sweet as the come. He loves people and never wants to be alone. He would do best with an owner who is home most of the time. He barks and howls when you leave, so life in an apartment or other home where walls are shared with neighbors is not ideal. He will follow you around everywhere you go, including the shower if you don't shut the door all the way Teddy is pretty calm and quiet otherwise. He will run from the door to you several times to let you know when he needs to go out. At night he prefers to sleep with you, but will settle down in his crate after 10-15 minutes.
