Is your dog looking to adopt a dog for companionship? Rob would love to be your dog's best buddy. He would love them and squeeze them and snuggle them and spend every moment of the day with them and the best part is that he would not bother you at all. It would be like you still only had one dog! Rob is the absolute perfect gift for the dog in your life that desperately needs a friend. Since we know your dog isn't made of money, we'd be happy to trade for a couple of good chew bones, or a nice 40lb bag of good quality dog food, or even a nice bolster pet bed. You can let your dog know that we are open for negotiations. In case you didn't get the inference, Rob does not care for humans. He will hang out in the same room with you and will even sleep in your bed if you allow him too. What he won't do is snuggle with you, let you pet him or get leashed up easily. He is 100% a dog's dog and is perfectly happy with his doggie besties. However, HE DOES NOT PLAY. He just likes to cuddle with his dog buddies. Rob is not completely housebroken but will accompany his doggie friends out to do his business. In all honesty, his only redeeming characteristic is how cute he is. He has been in his current foster home for nearly two years and still barks at his foster mom as if he has never met her before in his life.  Rob will need someone willing to foster to adopt to make sure his adopter can handle his idiocinracies so anyone looking to adopt him needs to be within a 2-hour drive of Cloverdale indiana. Rob cannot easily be leashed, so a home with a fenced in yard would be best. Rob needs an adopter that is up to the challenge of having a dog that may not ever like you. Are you the needle in the haystack we are looking for? Side Note: Rob has been in a foster to adopt home for nearly 2 months and did fairly well but the other dog in the home ultimately has decided they cannot be friends. Oscar is the sweetest and kindest soul, He is OLD. There's no other way to describe him, His skin is in rough shape, bumpy and has rough patches, it looks like he has had some grooming in the past, but there's not been attention to flea treatment or actual bathing. His nails were far too long for comfort. He was very dirty when he came to us. Oscar was very sweet and gentle in spite of this. Noting this, we can say that Oscar likes a soft bed, good food (he's very thin), and his own space. He will give a little low growl to let you know that he likes to lay quietly right where he is. Ideally, we could see Oscar in a home that understands he needs patience, love, and a soft place to lay, in a calm and quiet environment. Oscar can't see well, probably can't hear great. He is in line for a vet exam and hopefully we will be able to get his remaining teeth cared for. We know that Oscar is at least 14 years old because he came to Rescue with a microchip that was placed 14 years ago. There was no contact information with the chip. Sadly, an owner couldn't be identified. We are hoping to give this elderly guy a gentle loving here-on-out home. He deserves this.

Money is very smart. He is willing to learn anything. He loves to play go get the ball and has learn to catch the ball from up in the air and bounce it back up before it falls to the ground. If he does not go outside when you want him to or when you think he should, he doesn't need to. He likes being near his owner. He is a picky eater. His hair needs to be trimmed away from private areas as much as possible due to poop may get stuck in the hair. I have had Money since 4months so he is addicted to me but much love and affection can win him over. He loves taking a shower but protect his face and nose. Strong smells make him gag such as hot food or perfumes etc. He loves going on walks, running, and playing in the yard chasing rabbits or squirrels. He loves car rides and sleeping near his owner. To many showers will matt his hair. Gets cold easy outside in the winter. He will put on his sweater with no problem. Understands many words like come, sit, laydown, lets go, etc.
