Story
Lucy is an 8 year old Shih Tzu. She is a lovely, family-friendly dog with a sweet disposition. Lucy has had recurrent urinary tract infections for 5-6 years now. All imaging (X-rays, ultrasounds) has shown no abnormality. Being on a specialty diet was initially helping, but being around small children whose food she has access to hasn’t been helpful in keeping her strictly on her dog food. We just do not have the time/energy to invest to make sure she is only eating her food, taking daily walks, and receiving the attention she deserves. She is house trained but does have accidents inside when her infections resurface. We will get her shots updated (she is just missing most recent vaccines).

Story
His hair is overgrown right now, he shakes when he’s in the shower but runs around when he’s blow dried. Eats dog and human food lol. We got him when he was 2 months old and now he is 2 years old. His birthday is November 27th. He’s very friendly to everyone and when he meets new pets, he’s shy at first but he eventually warms up to them. He loves to run around outside even sometimes when it’s not too cold in the winter. He loves snow and loves eating it too. He loves squeaky toys and he will steal your plushy if it’s small enough for him.

Story
Meet MossYes, Moss — soft, quiet, and a little wild in spirit. This 6-year-old Shih Tzu weighs just 9.6 pounds, but her heart is full of wanderlust. Moss is a gentle wanderer, the kind of pup who seems to be searching for her place in the world and the person meant to walk beside her. When Moss arrived, she was matted and scraggly, her beautiful eyes hidden away. After some much-needed TLC and a fresh haircut, she’s seeing the world clearly again — and it’s as if she’s discovering it for the very first time in a long while. Those big, soulful eyes take everything in with quiet curiosity.Moss is looking for a calm home with TEENAGERS TO ADULTS ONLY. She isn’t interested in canine friendships and prefers to be your one-and-only. She may tolerate a cat, though we’re not entirely sure she’s ever met one before. What she truly wants is a peaceful place to rest and a human companion to share life’s slow, meaningful moments with.If you’re searching for a loyal little traveler to keep you company wherever life leads, Moss is ready to settle in by your side.
