UPDATE!!&#226&#156&#168 Meet Barney! This handsome boy was surrender to a local shelter! Barney is an adorable Shih Tzu. He’s 6 years old and 15lbs. Barney is super sweet and definitely a people dog. He clings to his person hard and wants to be with them at all times. He’s great in the house and does wonderful with kids, cats and dogs of all sizes! He is finally over a nasty bout with kennel cough and is officially adoption ready. Barney is utd, hw tested and neutered!  Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals.  All dogs have a $175 adoption fee EACH which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter! Wags and Whiskers is an all-volunteer rescue. Please allow us time to respond to all inquires and applications! Thank you! UPDATE!! Meet Sky! This sweet girl was posted on Facebook being given away and they reached out to us for help and we were able to secure a foster. She’s a super cute Shih Tzu mix! She’s around 1 year old and 29 lbs. She’s a super sweet girl with dogs, cats and kids. She does well inside. She is utd, hw neg (tested below detectable levels) and spayed!  Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. UPDATE!! Sweet Grace was reserved but sadly her adoptive mommy had to be hospitalized and had to back out on her adoption — so our sweet girl is back available! Sweet momma Grace came to us a few weeks back with her litter of sweet baby girls!! All of her pups have been reserved to the perfect forever homes and now it’s time to find sweet Grace her very own family. She’s an adorable Shihtzu/Terrier mix. She’s 1-2 years old and 16 lbs. She is a calm and loving girl. She’s a great lap pup and loves hanging with her person. She’s great in the house and does well with her dogs and kids.
