Meet beautiful Aki, a one year old Shiba Inu that is only 17 lbs. Aki is a loving girl, who is a little stubborn but she will charm you away to make you forget about it. We recommend to do a little research on the breed since they are not for the faint of heart. She needs a strong knowledgeable owner. We know she will make the right family very happy. She needs a home with a privacy fence and no other dogs. Please no homes with kids under the age of 7. Aki will be fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed on 1/27. If you would like to make this gorgeous loving girl a part of your family, please complete the adoption application .

Story
Check out Bubba! Bubba was sadly dumped in town so we don't know much about his past. What we have learned is he does NOT like other animals and prefers to be the king of the household. Bubba LOVES his people and is extremely needy and loves all the attention. Bubba does seem to be crate and housebroken. Estimated to be about 2 to 4 years old. If you're interested in Bubba, please fill out an application through this link. https://form.jotform.com/201058179780156

Story
Meet Cashew Cashew’s mama was left behind when her family moved. Left in the yard of her “home.” She stayed in the yard according to the neighbors waiting for them to return. But they didn’t. She wasn’t spayed and got pregnant. Still, she waited with her babies in a drainpipe. We rescued them before the rains came. They would have drowned. ALL OF OUR DOGS ARE or will be SPAYED OR NEUTERED. The Chasing Sunshine Dog Rescue adoption donation is $595.00. This includes: spay/neuter (at our vet), vaccines (dhpp, bordetella, rabies), microchip, health certificate, fecal test and our dogs are on preventatives for fleas/ticks/heartworm. Out of state adopters must also pay for an interstate health certificate to their state. (This is typically around $65.00. Adopter will pay actual cost.) Story
Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve. If you have a kind heart and a gentle hand, these two sweethearts will surely reward you with endless affection and loyalty. Adopt Mary Ann and Ginger and give them the loving home they've always dreamed of.
