Story
This super cute, adorable, silly, sweet little guy is Rusty! Rusty came into the pound when his humans were no longer able to keep dogs where they live. Rusty was cheerful and so adorable from the moment he came in! He was thankfully able to find a short term foster to get him out of the pound to ensure his safety while we work hard to find him his forever home! Rusty is 20 months old and weighs an adorably petite 28 lbs! He has had all of his medical work completed including vaccines, deworming, microchipping, he’s current on flea tick and heartworm preventative and he’s neutered! He’s a healthy guy and ready to find his forever home! Rusty is doing great in foster care and has had excellent manners. He never had accidents in the pound or the foster home and has been doing great! He walks well on a leash and this boy loves car rides! He’s been great with other dogs and is very playful with them. His personality is very much like that of a standard Shiba. He is super intelligent, he’s loyal, confident, and super loves his people! He has a good foundation of house training but also still has a puppy personality in many ways and is just so adorable! He loves toys and is ready to be your best friend and companion on all of life’s adventures! He loves outdoor activities but fortunately has enjoyed an indoor life with good manners and a true gratitude for sofa snuggles and the love of his humans! He is absolutely unique and gorgeous with the best heart in his face! His intelligence, size and loyalty is such a great combination to be the ultimate companion! Small enough he’s easy to take anywhere and big enough he can play with any dog or go anywhere confidently. He is attentive to his people and just so much wants to be loved. If this darling young man is just who you have been waiting for, please visit www.greatdivideanimalrescue.org and submit an application for adoption today!

Story
She’s a sweetheart through and through. She loves to greet you at the door and shower you with kisses every opportunity she gets! Shes a beautiful pup and would be a great addition to an active family! She does have separation anxiety and likes to chew things but she’s just needs the proper time and attention. She does get the zoomies so proper space for her to run around in a fenced in yard is something she would need. You’ll fall in love with her

This gal likes dogs, kind/gentle kids and cats. She is learning to love walks and car rides. She likes playing with other dogs. She is shy at first, then imprints on you. Loves hanging with her people on the couch or in your chair. Crate trained. She will do best in a home with Spitz experienced owners that will take her on walks and is keen on the breed personality and health needs. Story
Meet our adorable Shiba Inu puppies, our first intake of the year. Mom is only 20 lbs, very sweet. Their mom had mastitis and they had to be separated and bottle fed since they were only 5 to 7 days old. The puppies are currently in different foster homes being loved and care for. They are seven weeks old and between 3 to 4 pounds. They are cute, loving, energetic, playful, and have been around other dogs. They will be ready to go to their forever home around March 7th. All 5 puppies are sleeping through the night (7 hours straight) We ask all applicants to please do some research on the Shiba Inu breed, since they are not for the faint of heart. Please no homes with kids under the age of 7 due to their small size. The puppies are current on all vaccines, heartworm prevention, and microchipped. Gohan is the biggest and the most active. Very intelligent but will be an alpha dog. Nothing stops him. He will keep you very busy. Brutus is the smallest. He is sweet and loves attention. Leo is the second smallest. He is curious and playful Kotton is right in the middle on size. He loves attention and is very calm Shampan is right in the middle on size. Very independent and playful. If you would like to adopt one of these cuties, please complete the adoption application. **Please no homes with kids under the age of 7, due to their small size. **
