My name is Sakari and I'm a happy bouncy gal that is wanting a home, a family...one to call my very own. Did you know that Sakari is a Native American name meaning 'sweet'. And did you also know that there is a Native American legend that if you have 2 different colored eyes you can see both heaven and earth at the same time? Pretty cool, huh?!!! I'm around 2 years and 54lbs. I am that pawsome medium size for anything you've got up your sleeve (and you can always count on me to be game to give it a try). I love long walks, hiking nature trails, being your co-pilot on errand runs or just chillin on the couch. I'm a well balanced social gal that does well with people, both tall and small and the other foster pups too although I haven't had the pleasure of meeting any of those creatures y'all call a cat! I'm active, playful and love to explore...everywhere! I have tons of love ready to be unleashed on my family and I'm big on personality, smart and inquisitive, affectionate and sweet. Meet Athena (that's me!), your next FBF (furry best friend)! I'm here searching for a family, a home...one I can say will be ALL mine! I'm around 4years old which puts me at a fabulous age...out of the puppy destructive stage that just loves the simple things in life like a cozy soft bed to lay my head or tasty treats to savor. Looking for a new FBF (furry best friend)? Look no further than Snickerdoodle (hey, hey, that's me)! I'm here looking to adopt me a family...one I can say will be all mine! And since you're reading this, I'm hoping that you'll consider making ME a part of your family cuz who doesn't love a snickerdoodle? You see, I is an extremely affectionate, playful, and adventurous pup that at around 7 months and weighs about 55 lbs should put me at a perfectly pawsome size for tagging along on ALL your adventures from the mundane daily to your weekend exciting!! I do well with people both the tall and small versions and other pups too! I even do really great with cats and chickens. I would do wonderful being a 'sibling' to either the 2 or 4 legged variety or hogging all the attention as your one and only!! I'm an active gal that would love to be included in ALL your adventures. We could go on neighborhood strolls, go on hikes, take camping trips...you think it and I'm right there to give it a try - so if you're an outdoorsy type, I could definitely be the pup for you! I walk really well on the leash and love playing with my toys and running around the yard. But when the day is done, I is a total cuddle bug and loves nothing more than curling up on the couch with my people.
