Story
Meet Roxy ❤️ Roxy is a beautiful 4-year-old Shepsky with a big heart and a loving personality. She is incredibly affectionate, loyal, and loves being around people. Roxy enjoys running, exploring, and soaking up attention from her humans. She does great with other dogs at the dog park and has lived peacefully with both cats and other dogs in the home. Because she is a larger, energetic girl, she would likely do best with older kids who can match her playful energy. Roxy would thrive in a home with a large fenced yard or with someone who enjoys an active lifestyle and can give her regular exercise and walks. She truly loves having space to run and play. This decision has not been easy, but I want Roxy to have her very best dog life with the time, attention, and environment she deserves. A vet reference will be required to help ensure she goes to a safe, loving, and responsible home. She will make an amazing companion for the right home.

Story
Sasha is being fostered in PA. Sasha needs to be an only dog. She does not like active dogs Sasha can ONLY be adopted to a home with older children or all adults. Sasha is NOT good with cats. Sasha is spayed. Christmas time is here, soon a new year will dawn, and I’m still patiently waiting for my furever home and that special family to give me lots of love and belly rubs. I enjoy walks and will do OK without a fenced yard if you take me out on walking adventures. If you have a fenced yard I will run and play with you. I just enjoy the company of peeps. I don’t care to be with other dogs, just be by myself with my humans. I am a good girl in the house…unless you leave tasty morsels of food on the counter. Then I may just have to help myself! I know Sit, Down, am learning Wait, but I don’t really want to wait, hee hee. I also do pretty well on a leash. I’m still working on some other things like no jumping up on my peeps. I just want to greet and say Hi and give kisses and hugs to my peeps. BDRA has voted against the use of electrical fencing effective immediately.

Story
Needing to rehome a handsome 4 yr old male German Shepherd/ Springer Spaniel mix currently living with my daughter and her family in Knoxville. They got to know him when he was living with a family they met through their young daughter. One parent of that family was not kind and did not like dogs. My daughter’s family being animal lovers (have three other dogs) agreed to watch him while the family went on vacation for what they thought would be temporary. Before the family returned from vacation they said they sadly could not take him back. Bruce is up todate on shots, neutered, crate trained. He does have a chicken allergy. Recently my daughter was diagnosed with ground-glass opacities in her lungs and her doctor told her she has too many animals in the house causing breathing issues. Bruce would do well in most any home, he is extremely smart and loves to play, snuggle, and be with his people. He would best fit in as a one dog family but does fine with the other dogs.
