Meet Dozer fka Whiskey: Dozer is a beautiful two-year old German Shepherd that weighs around 75 pounds. Dozer is a very sweet and very playful dog. He loves people and seeks attention. He is good with other dogs, kids 7+, and with his foster family’s cats. Dozer’s background: He was in a shelter in Mississippi and was scheduled to be euthanized and thankfully Charlie's Crusaders was able to rescue him in time. He was adopted into a loving home where he was loved.  Unfortunately, Dozer’s adopter recently passed away unexpectedly. Thankfully, Dozer is now being fostered by a loving family in the Drums, PA area while he awaits his forever home. Dozer will require a fenced in yard and adopters with breed experience. Dozer is up to date on all his shots and neutered. Meet Charlie: Charlie is about a 1 year old (as of February 2025) German Shepherd mix that weighs 75 pounds. Charlie has a great temperament and was in a high kill shelter when we were able to pull him into a foster home. Charlie is currently being fostered in the Mount Joy, PA area and would love to meet his forever family. Charlie gets along well with dogs, people and children. Charlie likes to run and play and will need a home with a fenced in yard. Charlie is house trained and leash trained. Charlie is up to date on his shots and is neutered. Charlie tested positive for heart worms and has started treatments already so he is well on his way to being good as new! Hello there! My name`s Gobi and I am a sweet pup who came to the shelter as a stray. I thought I had found my furever home shortly after, but it just wasn`t the right fit. I like to talk and sing, and anywhere with shared walls is not ideal for me. I must admit I also have a bit of a prey drive and will chase cats and other small animals, and I am not too keen on small dogs either. I have been around children and I am very tolerant, so I could live with all ages. I am a loving pup, and all I ask is for companionship and the freedom to be my expressive self! I hope you will consider adopting a handsome and happy dog like me!---If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared --bring a photo ID, proof of address, and everyone in the home including resident dogs with vaccination history.
