Story
Winter cannot be homed with another dog. She is dog reactive out of fear. She is friendly with people, even complete strangers. She can live with cats, but they will have to have separate spaces. She is an active girl who needs at least 2 walks a day and time in the yard to run and play. She loves to play fetch. She is older, she is 6 years old and about 70 pounds. While walking, she does pull on the leash, especially when there is another dog spotted, so needs someone strong who won't be able to be dragged. She is housed trained, she is home alone for about 9 hours a day while I am at work. She is also crate trained. The only time she barks is if she sees a dog out of our window. (She is trained to grab a toy and use that instead of barking.) She needs a home that can give her the ample exercise that a dog her size needs. (I am willing to travel and donate all of her belongings to the adopter to use.)
