Salty was found on 12/12/25 at N 31st & Yolanda Ave. He came into the shelter not yet neutered.If you believe this is your missing dog, please contact the shelter at (541) 689-1503. Since this dog is new to the shelter and we are still looking for their family, they are not viewable on the adoption floor at this time.The shelter staff is giving me some time to settle in and adjust to this new place. As we get to know each other a little better, the behavior team and veterinary staff will then be evaluating my needs. Please stay tuned for my updated information!Our shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs can be unreliable and for most dogs we are only guessing at their primary breed. Hello, I`m Natasha! I`m about 3 years old and weigh 73 pounds.** I still need to be spayed so when my forever family decides to adopt me I will be placed on hold. Then you can come pick me up after my surgery. **Do you like...Dogs? I came in with a pal, but I have been nervous meeting new dogs here at the shelter. Please bring all dogs in the home to meet prior to adoption!Cats? Unknown. With slow introductions and supervision I may be able to live with kitties.Kids? Unknown. I have been very shy here at the shelter and would like to start out meeting older kiddos (+8).Anything else you`d like us to know, Natasha? I can be slow to warm up, but once I do i`m sweet as pie! I`m looking for a patient forever home to help me gain some confidence. I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. I have no known history. Expect to learn more about me after adoption.It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person.
