Story
HELLO EVERYONE! My name is Challenger, just like the super cool, super good looking sports car ;) That is a matching description to me, a sports car!! You say the word and we can go 0- 60 really quickly! I am a young shepherd boy with so much energy. I am very smart and know some commands like Sit, Paw and Down. I am a very large dog and would do best in a home that is very active and will further my training to make me the best and most fulfilled dog ever!! My new family must have shepherd experience because I am highly intelligent and need someone who knows how to handle my shenanigans. I am a very friendly and loving dog and in the right hands will be the perfect addition to your home, however I would do best in a home without cats because they don`t like to play with me :( So if you are looking to add a new sports car to your garage consider getting yourself a Dog Challenger ;)

I’m Whiskey and I’m 1! I’m a total suck once you get to know me. At first I’m a bit standoffish and shy, but that’s just fear. I had a rough first few months until someone came along and took me from the man that kept hurting and scaring me.  I am such a good boy! I am super smart and curious and learn things quickly.  I love my crate, sleep all night in it, and I love love my kong. I carry it around like a soother. I can  sit and lay down, I’m working on learning to stay but it’s just so hard!  Unfortunately, my owner’s older dog does NOT like having an annoying puppy with lots of energy around. He picks on me and now I’m scared of him. I don’t think I like big dogs. Little ones might be ok but I’m not very good with social cues.  I am in home with 4 cats so they’re ok. Sometimes I try to get them to play, but can quickly be redirected. I would do best in a home with a yard to run and burn off my energy. Because I am so fearful, I should probably not be in a home with children under 12.   https://www.animalert.ca/apply/dog-adoption   A re-homing fee of $150 will be paid to Animalert at the time of adoption.  If you think you will be able to give Whiskey the perfect home, please complete our online adoption application.   If you wish to learn more about Animalert, please visit our website at    https://www.animalert.ca/ Due to the volume of emails, phone calls and messages Animalert receives, it is not always possible to respond to every application. Violet ⭐ Available for Adoption ⭐ 10-month-old female, Spayed In Foster Care Since: June 13, 2024 Good with: Dogs, Children, Chases cats Location: London, Ontario Adoption Fee: $700 Meet Violet, a beautiful blue-eyed Husky mix with a heart full of energy and affection. She is the perfect adventure companion—whether it's a walk around the block or a day outdoors. She’s working hard on her leash training and basic commands like "sit," especially when food is involved. She is also progressing well with potty training and will be fully trained with a bit more consistency. Violet gets along wonderfully with her foster dog siblings of all sizes and breeds. While she may chase the cats at times, as a young pup, she’s learning to coexist peacefully. She loves playing with other dogs, kicking soccer balls, and chewing on her favorite toys. Loyal and affectionate, Violet forms strong bonds with her humans and loves being by your side. She enjoys running alongside her foster mom and would be ideal for an active family or person. After a fun day, she’ll happily curl up for a cozy cuddle. Though she’s not a fan of her crate yet, she’s making progress with crate training and will soon feel comfortable. Violet is microchipped, spayed, and up to date on vaccinations. If you're interested in welcoming Violet into your home, please fill out the adoption application below- https://form.jotform.com/221626931360250
