Story
Meet JJ – Your Laid-Back Husky Companion! JJ is a rare find—an apartment-friendly Husky who prefers lounging indoors with his people over braving the cold. At just 1 year old, this stunning, neutered boy is full of love, charm, and just the right amount of Husky energy! When he is happy you can really tell, he bounces like a bunny and his tongue hangs out of the side of his mouth when he smiles. Unlike most Huskies, JJ isn’t an escape artist. He’s been an indoor dog his whole life, is leash-trained, and has even lived in a hotel setting. He’s crate-trained and sees his crate as his safe space when adjusting to new people or animals. While he can get excited during playtime—especially with his signature Husky "necky" play—he gets along well with every dog he’s met so far. He’s also been great with kids! JJ is housebroken and even knows how to use a designated indoor potty area when needed. He’s not a big barker, but he will let out a classic Husky howl when he needs to go outside or is hungry. He loves his stuffed animals, playing ball, and making people laugh with his silly antics, goofy smile and protruding tongue when he is happy. This boy is affectionate, playful, and eager to please. If you're looking for a Husky without the usual escape tendencies, who enjoys both adventure and snuggling, JJ is your perfect match! Apply today to bring JJ home! JJ has been neutered, he is up-to-date on shots, and will be microchipped for new owner.

Story
Meet Comet – Your Loyal, Well-Mannered Adventure Buddy! Comet is a sweet, smart, and stunning 1.5-year-old Malamute/Husky mix, weighing around 90 lbs. This well-mannered boy is housetrained, doesn’t counter surf or get into trash, and respects furniture—only hopping up when invited. He patiently waits for his food and rides great in a car or truck, making him the perfect travel companion. He loves the snow. A Dream on a Leash & A Lover of the Outdoors Comet walks beautifully on a leash, keeping pace like a pro. He thrives in the great outdoors, loves the snow and mountains, and enjoys being brushed. He also has the classic Husky/Malamute charm—he loves to "talk" and will be a great conversationalist for an active home! A Brave Boy Looking for a Fresh Start Comet was rescued from an overcrowded rural shelter during the Fourth of July chaos. Unfortunately, after an unprovoked attack by another dog left him with injuries, he has become more reserved and dog-selective. However, he has since been in playgroups with other dogs in boarding and may regain his confidence in time. Until further assessment, he would do best as the only dog in the home. While his interactions with cats and kids are unknown, he has ignored cats while on walks and remained focused on his route. With his loving, loyal nature, he is sure to bond deeply with his forever family. Comet is ready for a second chance—could that be with you? Whether fostering or adopting, you'll be gaining a well-mannered, adventurous, and affectionate companion who will bring warmth and joy to your home! 📍 Apply today to foster or adopt Comet! https://photos.app.goo.gl/Lsc3ZxBeaVEe8Dd96 https://youtube.com/shorts/LEykoUBy2SM?feature=share

Story
Meet Bran!** Bran is an 8–10-month-old sweetheart who's ready to find a forever home of his own. Before coming into rescue, Bran lived on a dairy farm where he didn’t get much positive interaction with people—so he’s still learning that humans can be pretty great. Though he’s a bit timid at first, Bran is blossoming in his foster home. He’s playful, energetic, and loves zooming around the yard or tossing toys to himself. He’s kennel trained, potty trained, and gets along well with other dogs of all sizes. (We’re not sure about cats yet.) Bran is working on his leash skills—it’s all a little new and overwhelming, but he’s trying hard and making progress every day. His perfect home would be one with patience, love, and the understanding to help him continue building confidence and discovering how fun the world can be. If you're looking for a loyal, sweet companion who just needs a little time to shine, Bran might be your perfect match.
