Story
Cami’s story didn’t start the way she deserved. She was found abandoned, left to fend for herself, and when her owners were contacted, they simply hung up the phone—no interest in taking her back. But despite it all, Cami's heart remains as full of love as ever. This beautiful girl is the definition of resilience and kindness. She adores people, always ready with a wagging tail and gentle snuggles. Whether it’s curling up for a cozy nap or going on an adventure, Cami is just happy to be by your side. She gets along well with other dogs and would thrive in a home that will cherish her the way she should have been from the start. Cami is ready to leave her past behind and start fresh with a family who will love her unconditionally. Could that be you?

Story
Sammy is a stunning 5 year old Siberian husky mix that was found as a stray on 12/11. He is microchipped but his owners did not reclaim him. They did mention that he is good with children and dog friendly. He’s not the best choice for being around farm animals and is not good with cats. He’s very sweet, walks great on the leash, very polite and gentle, and sits when asked. He’s up to date on his vaccinations, heartworm negative, and will be neutered upon adoption. Come meet this hunk of love in kennel 25, his ID is 15611. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136.
