Story
I got Olivia at 8 weeks. She is the most loving dog I've ever had. Soon after, my life situation changed drastically. I am away most of the time and she is not getting the attention she deserves. I also can't afford to continue boarding her. She is outside all day and loves it but at night comes in and watches TV with me and is crated at night. Loves her crate. She is also a great protector always alerting me whenever anyone comes into our yard. She needs a large fenced yard and people! She loves people.

Story
Astrid is a sweet, beautiful, three year old Canaan/ Lab blend. Looking into her beautiful blue and brown eyes will steal your heart. A medium size dog that has grown into her paws and will not get larger. Looking for a dog that loves people, enjoys running / playing in the yard. A bit shy when she first meets, however should be trusting in a few days. Super friendly and becomes a loyal and attached family member.. . She would make a wonderful addition to an active family. She loves playing in our pond at the shelter, playing fetch, and all the hugs you can give. If you are looking for a perfect loyal companion, Astrid is your girl! A home with a fenced yard would be ideal, however a committed and devoted family with no fence would be considered. To adopt this pet, please go to hsnwga.org, 'Adoption' then 'Application for Adoption', to complete an online application to be preapproved. Due to the high volume of applications received, our Adoption Coordinator will only contact the applicant that best meets the needs of the pet.

Story
Meet LA, MI, RE, TI... These precious pups were found in a box behind a local Wafflehouse. We believe they were born end of November 2023 and came to us mid Jan. 2024. Can we say SURVIVORS on several levels. They are a wonderful blend of German Shepherd/Cattle Dob. Very smart, loyal and faithful breeds.. These pups love attention, being around people and all the play toys they can get. OH, did I mention beautiful? They are ready for their forever loving families and homes. Being young pups, they should get along with other dogs, children, and cats. A home with a fenced yard is needed for these active, playful and inquisitive pups. Not being housetrained, the fenced yard would allow them the confidence to succeed.Come see these handsome and beautiful pups. They'll add song and joy to your home.To adopt this pet, please go to hsnwga.org, 'Adoption' then 'Application for Adoption', to complete an online application to be preapproved. Story
Oh, what a great dog. We believe Rigsby is a Shepherd/ "herding dog" blend. He's very sweet, a bit on the shy side. Loves attention, over the moon beautiful and very active. He would love any adventure you brought his way..hiking, camping, jogging, playing ball. We aren't sure how he does with cats, but that's easy for us to check. A fenced yard is ideal or this inquisitive, active and fun dog. Would also allow him the confidence to complete his housetraining. To adopt this pet, please go to hsnwga.org, 'Adoption' then 'Application for Adoption', to complete an online application to be preapproved.
