Story
Hey there! I'm Convoy, a Shepsky, with one blue and one brown eye, your soon-to-be new adventure buddy! I'm an affectionate and loyal girl who loves to play, especially with my canine pals. I enjoy the company of people, too, and I'm always up for some cuddle time. Just don't tell my mom I said this, but I can be a bit of a foodie and I'm always up for trying new treats! I've got a lot of energy, so I'd love an active family who can keep up with me. I am a bit of a know-it-all and I'm super smart, so I'm always ready to learn new tricks and I understand most things you'd say. If you're looking for a fun-loving and clever pooch to join your pack, look no further - it's Convoy! If you'd like to meet her, email us at vcanimalrescueca@gmail.com. We'll send you an application and arrange a time to meet in La Mesa. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and dewormed. She is currently 7 months old, 45 pounds.

Story
We have had Ace for 4 years. He was 11 months when we adopted him. The dog is a good dog. But he was attack several times at our appointment complex by other dogs. Now he doesn’t do well with other dogs he sees. He tolerates our other dog Dexter but he gets dominant. He also resource guards his food and toys and sometimes his humans. We love Ace. Doing this is breaking my heart. But he deserves better than us. We have given him all that we could. But he needs a person that will take the time to train him better. We have several people sick in the home. And at the same time, we have to work to afford life. So Ace doesn’t get the training he deserves. He has behavior problems. He has bitten us before while guarding his food. He doesn’t like strangers. We do not know what to do. We just want what is best for him. He deserves better.

Story
I acquired Klaus from a family friend who was moving to Japan. We are unsure of his exact age but think it is around 12/13. He loves to go outside and still has lots of energy. He does have some trouble hearing at times but does listen to some commands. I am hoping his new home will offer a loving environment where he can play and take all the sunbathing naps he wants. Overall Klaus is a very happy dog.
