11mos old Bobby wins our Cool Kid award. He’s a smaller sized heart-throb of a mix. Probably Husky mixed with German Shepherd? … We’re guessing because of those brown eyes and his keen sense of obedience (see video). He’s warmly affectionate and as highly biddable as you’d want in a buddy. Not high strung, not squeal-y, not escape driven (those stereotypes about Huskies are hard to shake!) … This boy has ‘age-appropriate’ energy levels and after a good romp, will be a sit-at-your-feet pal during chill times and your good times hiking, camping Best Little Man. Now moshing with a group of dogs and being oh-so appropriate and fun. House trained, neutered, all vax done – He’s ready to go home. Clarissa T is the pawsfect dog!  She is an eight year old, spayed female, weighs about 85 pounds and is all that an adopter could ask for. Her energy level is low to moderate, and she enjoys being a couch potato.  She is house-trained, very affectionate, calm, friendly with people, OK with dogs, and great with kids. She will accept and give hugs anytime of the day, tail wagging. She also loves her walks, (on occasion will pull on the leash) loves car rides and is crate-trained. All in all, the pawsfect dog who will make a wonderful companion. ##1912876##

Hi, I am Meeko, and I just might be the perfect match for you.  I am a loyal, 8 year old, 62 pound pup looking for my forever home.  Here is what my foster says about me!  Meeko bonds easily to one person and craves closeness to that person.  She loves attention and affection, but when it comes to food, look out, given a choice between food and her person, food comes first so be mindful of food left out!  Her activities include at least two easy daily walks, car rides where she can put her nose out the window to do sniffing, settling in with family, napping, watching TV and just relaxing.  While outside, she will chase small animals, and other dogs, if given the opportunity.  Lastly she so wants to be with her person that she has a hard time being left alone and likes it best when her family is settled and she can relax.   Meeko would benefit from having an experienced adopter who is able to spend time with her and provide her with the leadership she sometimes needs.  In summation, Meeko is looking for a moderate to active home, and is a precious dog who is sure to bring her new family lots of warmth and love.  ##1915683##

Kaia is a sweet, nine-year-old German Shepherd with a mellow, easy-going temperament and a heart full of love. She’s the ideal companion for a quiet home where she can relax and enjoy her peaceful surroundings. Though she loves having her people around, she’s comfortable napping alone when left at home. When she catches the scent of treats, though, she’s happy to get up and join the fun! Kaia does well in the car and enjoys peeking out the window, especially when there are new sights and smells to explore.Kaia is incredibly gentle and friendly, winning over hearts with her calm, affectionate nature. Kaia walks well on a leash and doesn’t pull, especially when it’s just her and her handler. While she may get excited and pull toward other dogs to say hello, she responds well to redirection and is learning commands like "look at me" to stay focused. When meeting other dogs, Kaia may get a bit excited, but with a calm and structured introduction, she’s comfortable around them after a day or two. She’d likely do best with a dog sibling who’s polite and has good manners, as Kaia mostly enjoys napping when other dogs are around and appreciates a calm, respectful companion.She thrives with gentle activities like sniffing, exploring, and using her favorite snuffle mat to forage for treats, which is her favorite way to “play.” Kaia is crate-trained and well-behaved at home, and she doesn’t mind a good bath or grooming session. If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle soul to welcome into your life, Kaia could be the perfect fit. ##2137810##
