*********************COURTESY POST ************************ Paquito was found as a stray at a very young age with a horrible skin condition. He was immediately taken into a rescue in Costa Rica where a long recovery started. Paquito has fully recovered into a handsome boy and wants to be with a forever family. He is a bit shy at first but with lots of treats he will be your best friend. Paquito is a 2 year old, male, sheltie/beagle mix, good with dogs, no cats, friendly to all, and simply needs a second chance. Story
Meet Coco, a 5-year-old Corgi. Rescued from a shelter where she was at risk of euthanasia, Coco is now ready to find her forever family.  Coco is a social butterfly who adores people of all ages. Whether you're a familiar face or a brand-new friend, she’ll eagerly come up to you, nudge you with affection, and even roll over to show her belly. She’s gentle and trusting, making her easy to pick up and cuddle. Coco’s love for humans knows no bounds—she’s just as happy meeting men, women, or kids and thrives on being the center of attention. Coco’s interactions with other dogs are a bit more reserved. She can be shy or uncomfortable around larger or high-energy dogs and prefers to keep her distance if things get too lively. However, with some time and patience, she can warm up to calm, friendly dogs and might even enjoy a bit of playful interaction. That said, Coco’s heart truly belongs to her human companions, and she’s happiest by their side. On walks, Coco is curious and loves to stop and sniff, often zigzagging between exploring and following her human’s lead. She’s generally calm in quiet areas but can feel uneasy near busy roads. While she might pull on the leash occasionally, she’s eager to please and responds well to gentle guidance. Coco has a high energy level, so she needs plenty of outdoor time to burn it off. Her current routine includes three walks of about a total two hours each day, which keeps her content and ready to relax afterward. She’s good about doing her business both outdoors and on indoor pads. Though she’s not a barker, Coco might let out a little alert when she hears the door unlock. She’s calm in a kennel and needs a lift into the car since she’s a bit nervous about hopping in on her own. And if you’re looking for a food-motivated pup, Coco’s your girl—her love for treats makes her a quick learner! If you’re ready for an affectionate, active, and endlessly lovable companion, Coco is waiting to light up your life! Coco can arrive at Vancouver or Toronto airport and may be able to arrive at some US airports (Seattle, LA, NY, Boston etc) where we have flight volunteers. If interested, please contact us. Story
Meet Pauline, a delightful 2-3-year-old spayed Welsh Corgi girl with a beautiful brown and white coat and a sturdy 10½kg frame.Rescued from a local shelter, this sweet girl is very much ready to find her forever family. Pauline is a social butterfly who loves everyone she meets—men, women, and especially children under 13. She enjoys playful interactions, though her idea of fun can include nibbling on pants or shoes, so a little redirection may be needed. She’s happy to be picked up and cuddled, making her an ideal companion for anyone seeking a snuggly, affectionate pup. With other dogs, Pauline is just as friendly. She approaches both familiar and new canine friends with a wagging tail, eager to play or simply say hello. She’s particularly fond of dogs her size or smaller and avoids conflict, even if another dog tries to provoke her. While her response to cats hasn’t been tested extensively, she’s more focused on bonding with her human during walks than on any distractions. Pauline has a moderate energy level and loves going on walks. She’s still learning leash manners and sometimes pulls or wants to choose her own path, but she’s improving with practice. Despite this, her pace is manageable, and she’s easy to guide with a little patience. She’s polite around food, showing no guarding behaviour with people or other dogs. Pauline is calm in a kennel, doesn’t bark often, and has no signs of separation anxiety. She’s mostly accustomed to outdoor potty breaks and is doing well with her routine. Pauline is a lovable, playful, and well-mannered pup who’s ready to bring joy to her new home! Story
Meet Youngsoo! * Gender: Male * Age: 5 months * Weight: 9 kg * Breed: Jindo-Corgi mix Youngsoo is an adorable puppy with a unique charm thanks to his short legs, giving him the perfect Jindo-Corgi look! Although he’s the smallest of his siblings, he’s just as active and playful as the rest. He’s currently learning leash walking and socialization skills, and his lively, cheerful personality is sure to win you over. As a puppy, Youngsoo is still in his learning phase and will require a dedicated adopter who can guide him with patience and training. Like any young dog, he may chew on things, so keeping a close eye on him and providing appropriate outlets for his energy will be important. Youngsoo is currently living with his mother and littermates, so he may feel shy or lonely when separated. However, with a loving owner who can provide attention, playtime, and care, he is expected to adapt quickly and thrive in his new home. If you’re ready to welcome a sweet and lively pup like Youngsoo into your life, he might just be the perfect companion for you! 🐾💕
