Meet Sammie Breed: Shar Pei/Pittie mix Rescue: Albert’s Dog Lounge Age: Adult Weight: 49 lbs Fun fact: He’s an easy going guy, he wakes up every day ready for whatever comes his way Foster home: New Glarus, WI Activity level: Low Friendly with: Dogs, Cats and Kids Sleep style: Couch during the day and a dog bed at night (he LOVES being tucked into a blanket at night, so sweet!) Meals: 1.5 cups mix of raw, canned and freeze dried foods twice daily Medical needs: Dental cleaning (ADL will cover cost), some potential allergies managed with diet/baths Meds: None but does benefit from herbs ($20/month) Snore-o-meter: 1/10 Bark-o-meter: 1/10 Shedding meter: 1/10, he’s looking to grow more fur :) Best feature: His Tostito chip ears and those soulful eyes Walk out song: Zip A Dee Doo Dah - James Baskett Favorite season: Sammie wears layers in most seasons so he’s looking to tan his hippo body in the summer sun! Co-pilot Vinnie is here to help get you to the dog treats store! Have you ever been?! It's a wonderful place full of every treat you can imagine! He's happy to show you all his favorites. If you adopt Vinnie, you can buckle up for the best couch cuddles, the cutest snores (he's told it's only cute when dogs snore) and all the adventures! Please pack treats, he loves treats! Vinnie is a 6 year old, 77 pound pitty mix. He's potty trained, knows how to sit, down and crawl! Have you seen a large dog crawl? It's adorable! He's working on walking politely but is a quick study and loves to learn! Vinnie would do best as an only dog, no cats either please. He'd do best in a home with kids ages 12+, he may know how old he is but he sure doesn't know how big he is. While he may prefer the only dog lifestyle, you'll be forever entertained by Vinny and his antics. What are you waiting for? Your greatest treat store adventure awaits! My schedule has made having a pet difficult. Frannie is the sweetest dog. She loves people and some dogs, but she’s a little picky about her furry friends. She would do great in a home without other dogs. I don’t know how she’d do with cats. She likes walks, snuggling and sleeping.
