Story
Meet Miss Rey-Rey!  What a beautiful black and grey tabby kitten.  Born on February 21, 2025, one of 7 littermates, Rey is petite in size.  She had to battle 5 boys for any attention, but since her siblings have been adopted, Rey has come into her own.  Her personality was somewhat reserved, as her brothers stole all the attention.  She currently stays in the main part of the house, and, WOW, is she blossoming!  Her little tail is in the “happy stance”, strait up in the air, as she trots along following me room to room.  Although she gets along with other foster kitties, Rey simply loves being the center of attention.  And she loves that the wanded toy is 100% hers, and hers alone.  The flying fish on the wand tests her skills daily.  Hourly, if Rey has her way!  A few somersaults and back flips are in order.  She enjoys carrying the fish away, wand and all, as she manages to carry the toy up the cat tower!  Adorable.  She also likes attacking the feathered toy.  It does not stand a chance.  Once it is nap time, Rey is not far away.  Either she is at your feet, or lying next to your lap, or in her hammock, making dough.  Purring motor running loudly, of course.  This lovely lady is a quiet little kitten, that will brighten your world.  Not particularly vocal, Rey has a sweet, gentle personality.  She and her siblings were some of the lucky ones.  They were born inside, safe and warm, and were nursed by their mama for 8 weeks, and then some.  We battled the typical parasites, fungal and bacterial infections that seem inherent with young kittens, but all were ultimately healthy babies.  Rey has received care and love from her first day.  Beautiful and sweet.  Soft little fur-ball with kind, green eyes.  Quite the package.  Don’t let this lovely girl get away!  Contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.comMarch 7, 2026, 12:24 pm

Story
Meet Tigger, a handsome 1-year-old shorthair tabby with striking white, black, and gray stripes that make him look like he walked straight out of a storybook. But it’s not just his good looks that make him special — Tigger has a heart as big as his personality. This sweet boy is the perfect blend of playful and affectionate. He loves batting around toys, watching birds from the window like it's his own personal TV show, and curling up with a soft blanket for snuggle time. Tigger is wonderfully social too — he gets along beautifully with other cats, enjoys the company of dogs, and is gentle and patient with children. If you’re hoping to add a cool, loving, and all-around wonderful feline friend to your life, Tigger is ready to win your heart. To ask questions or request an adoption application, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com.  March 7, 2026, 12:24 pm

Story
Hello world!  My name is Dallas and I am one of those cats that is what you call a neighborhood stray that makes my home where my heart is. My story began when I was a stray that started hanging around this kind lady's house for a while and she bed me along with other cats that were homeless like me.  She did all the right things for my little community of homeless souls and she has gotten us all spayed and neutered and FIV tested.  She thinks that I am 5-6 years old and she says I am a special boy that is sweet and just a tad bit shy sometimes.  She loves my handsome grey tabby stripes and the fact that I sit quietly waiting on her patio for her to come out and say Hello every day.  The sad part of my story is about to happen soon.  She is having to move away and she is worried about me and some of the other nice homeless cats that have become her cat children.  She is making a plea with Critter Cavalry Rescue to help the 6 of us to find good homes before she moves. She honestly cannot take us and that is why this is a desperate situation happening in the near months.  My special human says that deep down I want you to be my friend and lover on me.  I think she is right, too. I do have a girlfriend at the house who is very pretty and her name is Lolly.  She is posted with Critter Cavalry Rescue too. She is black and white with longish fur and oh my she is pretty!  She is looking for a home too and I kind of think it would be heaven if somehow a nice family would adopt Lolly and me together. It would be kind of a Romeo and Juliette story with a happy ending.  If not that is OK....I know she will find a home probably faster than me the boy cat who isn't as pretty as her.  But I am special because my human Momma says I am.  If you are interested in giving me a home before my Momma moves away, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com    Tell CCR where you live; city and state.  I don't have a lot of time to have this happen but God knows about me and the rest of us.  I am sure He is working on something.    May 14, 2026, 9:49 am
