Meet Chili Dog! This sweet girl will steal your heart! After a rough start in life, Chili is healing and thriving! Chili is full of kisses, cuddles, and tail wags! She loves people, going on walks, running around outside, and car rides. Chili is great in the car! Even though she loves to be active, Chili is also content to lounge around inside. When her foster parents work from home, she's happy to lay on her dog bed near by their desk. Chili is getting better on the leash and responds to commands such as: sit, stay, and come. She is "treat motivated and seems to get with responding to commands daily. Chili is wonderfully fully potty-trained. Her foster parents are happy to report she's never once had an accident. Chili is also crate trained. She responds quickly when told to go in the crate, although she would rather just lounge on the bed. Chili does well with other dogs she has met. She loves to play and would likely do well with another active companion dog but she would also do well as an only dog. We do not know if Chili has been around kids, although when walked past a playground, she excitedly watches the children and wags her tail. Ellie (short for Eleven) is the silliest goofball with the sweetest smile. Ellie is literally the perfect family dog but has sadly been overlooked due to her size and color. Her previous owners were going to euthanize her, but our rescue felt that she deserved a chance so we stepped in. Ellie has been waiting to be adopted since September 2023 and she has never received an application. She has been a fantastic, easy houseguest in each of her foster homes and everyone quickly falls in love with her fun personality. She is fully house trained and nondestructive in home. She is SUPER dog friendly and currently lives with 3 other dogs. She lived with kids and was so gentle and loving. As a medium energy dog, she is an awesome exercise buddy and loves to go on walks or runs, but she also loves to chill with you on the couch watching a movie. She is often seen snuggling her favorite stuffed animal toys. Ellie deserves to finally find the forever family of her dreams! Beeg is a super sweet Rottie type. He may have some black and tan coon hound. We found him running in the pastures near our farm with some Barb wire marks from going under fences. He had joined up with 2 other stray/abandoned dogs. As soon as we fed him he has become totally attached. He is friendly to people who visit our farm. He plays well and is sweet with other dogs and does not challenge our older dominant dog. Unfortunately he has tested positive for Heart worm. As he is only between 1 and 2 years we are starting topical treatment and expect him to be rid pf them in a few months. He is an energetic dog and does not appear to be affected by this condition.

But her favorite thing of all is definitely being around people and getting all of the love! Bellatrix is the biggest cuddler, shes loves to sit right across your lap for pets or between your legs for head scratches! She will also roll right over for belly rubs! Bellatrix can be content just hanging out in the same room as you and entertain herself while you're busy! She is potty trained and can be left alone for an entire workday! Though not all dogs might be Bellatrix's cup of tea, she does have potential to live with a well matched dog friend who can respect her space, just like her current foster sibling! Poppy Rose is a 5 year old red and rust female Doberman with cropped (not standing) ears and a docked tail. She was surrendered to the shelter by her breeder along with two one week old puppies and another adult female and some puppies. Poppy Rose had a hard life living outside and her condition at intake (photo) speaks to that. Her foster mom named her appropriately! She has been recovering well in foster care and continues to dote on her puppies. She is heartworm negative, up to date on Baccines and spayed. Poppy was in horrible shape when she was rescued but has regrown all her coat, gained tons of confidence and blossomed. She absolutely loves children! poppy would be best with a quiet family that has working dog experience. She is not a fan of thunderstorms and she will come with her thunder shirt. She is crate trained and housebroken and has learned some basic obedience. She would be happy to hang out with you all day.

Harlow is melanistic Doberman, lacking some pigment.
