Story
Puppy was abandoned in August 2023, about 1month old, and in good health. Currently in very good health and has had all shots to date. Because of my personal situation I am unable to care for her any longer. This is a special puppy and deserves a good home with children and a good yard. She is good with children and cats and loves to run and play.

Story
My husband and I adopted Cooper at a FW Clear the Shelters event back in 2018. At that time he was in a foster program. His bio was short and sweet, and unfortunately did not mention everything about his personality. As soon as we brought Cooper home we knew we were in over our heads. He had a penchant for stealing and eating socks, napkins, paper, you name it. On top of that he has resource guarding aggression. Now, he has NEVER bit anyone to our knowledge, but he can seem scary. We made changes to our routines, did our best to keep things out of reach, do our best to not have to trigger him, but now we have a toddler. It is so important to say that Coop is such a sweet boy. He is a snuggler and a goofball. When he is good he is GREAT, but now every bit of acting out has turned into a scare for my husband and I. He still has so much love to give and would be perfect in a household with someone who can work with him and help ease his anxieties.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Say hello to Linda, the sweetest Rottweiler around! This big, affectionate girl is a pro at car rides and is crate trained, but she still needs guidance to refine her manners. Linda is great with kids and even gets along with cats. She does best in cooler weather and will be happiest lounging indoors. Linda craves company and doesn’t enjoy being left alone for long periods, so she needs a patient family who can spend plenty of time with her and help her grow into her best self. If you're looking for a loyal, loving companion, Linda may be your girl!    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 7, 2024, 7:14 pm

Doberman Pinscher

Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Not good with kids, Good with dogs, Not good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Marlie is 4 yrs old, super sweet, eager to please, great with people. She is crate trained, rides well in the car, walks well on a leash & is potty trained. Marlie is on the high energy side, needs regular exercise & mental stimulation. Although she is beautiful, she is the product of very poor breeding & has had two knee surgeries so exercise doesn’t need to be intense but should be facilitated multiple times a day, such as running in the yard or playing with another dog or swimming. She will do best in a home with consistent routines & a fenced yard where she can run. She is good with male dogs but no cats. Marlie struggles with anxious energy & reactivity to unknown dogs when they are near so training and regular “calm time” help. She is a typical loyal velcro Doberman who craves being near her owner & will be a great go-everywhere dog with continued training & consistency.

Loki

Doberman Pinscher

Male, Puppy
Fort Worth, TX
Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Loki is a sweet, happy, smart 2 yr old boy who loves spending time with his humans. He requires daily exercise and the right home with continued training & encouragement and he will be a wonderful companion. With continued help on his socialization he will be able to improve his over-excitement when encountering other dogs/people. He is still immature & does not realize his size & acts like a big puppy. He needs a very experienced owner with large and/or working breeds who understands the need for consistent, ongoing training. He can be a great hiking companion, running partner & just all-around best friend to the right family or individual. He loves to run with his person! He just needs the opportunity to show his goofy & loveable nature & you will be hooked. He rides in the car well, is crate trained and knows basic commands. He still needs time to mature & that is going to make all the difference for this guy. He has incredible potential but only in the right hands. He is specifically available to homes where someone is home at least part-time, as an only dog, OR to a home with female dogs of similar size & to homes with children over 8 years old. He has previously lived with children (7-14 yr old & done well.) His original family had some life changes & could no longer make the necessary commitments to keep Loki. SERIOUS inquiries will either EMAIL us with any questions OR go to our website to submit an application after reading the eligibility infomation. We adopt ONLY to (all areas) of TX and parts of LA, OK, AR.

Story
Nezzie is 18 mo old, likely a herding breed mix- prob a lot of German Shepherd in there. She is very friendly, silly and a fun girl. Sadly, she was rescued from a neglectful owner. She is crate trained, loves other dogs. She is shy initially with new people but warms up quickly. She enjoys car rides & is also potty trained indoors. She is high energy & needs a fenced yard and plenty of time for play & exercise. No cats, and kids over 5 yrs old. She is fully vetted & ready for her new family & forever best friend. She is located in the DFW area but eligible for adoption outside of DFW within a reasonable distance. She is not a part of our program, this is strictly as courtesy listing. If interested, please submit an application through our website & we will forward it to Nezuko's rescue foster so she can follow-up with you.
