Ellie (short for Eleven) is the silliest goofball with the sweetest smile. Ellie is literally the perfect family dog but has sadly been overlooked due to her size and color. Her previous owners were going to euthanize her, but our rescue felt that she deserved a chance so we stepped in. Ellie has been waiting to be adopted since September 2023 and she has never received an application. She has been a fantastic, easy houseguest in each of her foster homes and everyone quickly falls in love with her fun personality. She is fully house trained and nondestructive in home. She is SUPER dog friendly and currently lives with 3 other dogs. She lived with kids and was so gentle and loving. As a medium energy dog, she is an awesome exercise buddy and loves to go on walks or runs, but she also loves to chill with you on the couch watching a movie. She is often seen snuggling her favorite stuffed animal toys. Ellie deserves to finally find the forever family of her dreams! Meet Chili Dog! This sweet girl will steal your heart! After a rough start in life, Chili is healing and thriving! Chili is full of kisses, cuddles, and tail wags! She loves people, going on walks, running around outside, and car rides. Chili is great in the car! Even though she loves to be active, Chili is also content to lounge around inside. When her foster parents work from home, she's happy to lay on her dog bed near by their desk. Chili is getting better on the leash and responds to commands such as: sit, stay, and come. She is "treat motivated and seems to get with responding to commands daily. Chili is wonderfully fully potty-trained. Her foster parents are happy to report she's never once had an accident. Chili is also crate trained. She responds quickly when told to go in the crate, although she would rather just lounge on the bed. Chili does well with other dogs she has met. She loves to play and would likely do well with another active companion dog but she would also do well as an only dog. We do not know if Chili has been around kids, although when walked past a playground, she excitedly watches the children and wags her tail. Beeg is a super sweet Rottie type. He may have some black and tan coon hound. We found him running in the pastures near our farm with some Barb wire marks from going under fences. He had joined up with 2 other stray/abandoned dogs. As soon as we fed him he has become totally attached. He is friendly to people who visit our farm. He plays well and is sweet with other dogs and does not challenge our older dominant dog. Unfortunately he has tested positive for Heart worm. As he is only between 1 and 2 years we are starting topical treatment and expect him to be rid pf them in a few months. He is an energetic dog and does not appear to be affected by this condition.

Ozzy is 5 years old, is very timid and shy but loves kids. He takes a bit to warm up to adults, but once he does he is a loving companion. He loves to play and loves balls not just tennis balls but any kind of ball. He loves to work for treats and knows your simple commands. He loves to play fetch but won’t bring the toy back lol toys are his favorite but they won’t last long! Bullet is 4 years old, is extremely playful and feels like he is your average lap dog. He would prefer to sit on your lap than on your side lol. He loves attention he will walk over and with his nose lift your hand to put it on his head. He doesn’t care too much for toys but will play with you if you are willing to play with him. If not he’ll leave the toy alone. Bullet is good with kids too. He agrees to petting but then gets a little scared and will run off when he's had enough. These boys have been together since Bullet was a puppy and would love the opportunity to remain together.

7/14/2023 Pancho II is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Pancho! I am a 1.5 year old handsome brindle boy that is an owner surrender due to dynamics in my family changing and they are no longer able to provide me with the time that I need since moving into my second home. I am described as active, friendly, smart, protective, and playful. I currently live with other resident dogs and we are said to get along fine. There are no kids in my home but when I had exposure to kids at the dog park, I was fine with them. I do not live with cats but will bark at them from the house when they walk by, so it is unsure if I am feline friendly. I do need some help with learning how to be house trained and crate trained, if that is required in my forever home. I am a quick learner so these should be easy for me to learn. Currently I sleep outside but would love to sleep indoors like I have in the past. If I must be left alone, it is suspected that I could be curious and not have the best behavior because I’m used to being left alone with the resident dogs and used to having company. When I am outside I do not attempt to jump fences/gates but I am curious about what is under the grass and will dig to find out. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, wrestling and chasing other dogs, watching tv, going to the dog park, being with the humans, and cuddling. I am a 3-5-year-old handsome flashy black male that is an owner surrender due to my current foster taking me in as a stray and getting me healthy with the intention of finding me a forever home. While in their care, it was discovered I have a cleft lip but it does not affect me. I am said to be friendly, active, smart, calm, playful, affectionate, quiet, and obedient. I currently live with 2 children (ages 9 and 15 years) and I do fine with them. It is unsure if I am dog or cat friendly so a proper introduction would be needed. I am crate trained but will need help learning house training manners. At night I sleep in my kennel because I love it there. When I must be left alone I do fine. When I am outside, I have good behavior and do not dig or jump fences. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, jumping and popping bubbles when the kid blows them, people, attention, affection, and water for bath/play.
