Mimi is a 100 pound fluffy ball of love who is about 7 years old. This adorable Rottweiler just wants to cuddle up on the couch with you and watch a movie, soliciting pets from you all night long. She is very easy going and just wants to be included. While Mimi has lost weight in foster care, she could still stand to lose a couple more pounds, which she is currently working hard on with hot girl walks and a strict diet. She walks well on the leas, she really just wants to stop and sniff all of the flowers. Mimi also does well with other dogs with a proper introduction, she is currently living with two female resident dogs. She would do best in a home with little to no stairs. She hasn’t been able to do a full flight of stairs, but can comfortably use 2-3 stairs at a time in her foster’s back yard. Mimi is fully house and crate trained. You can often find her hanging out in her crate, relaxing during the day. She also loves hanging out in a dog bed or behind your chair while you work from home. She can be a bit skittish with new people, but can warm up to you quickly. Even though Mimi’s size can be intimidating, she’s a very sweet and sensitive dog looking to please her humans. REIGN was found tied to our fence on New Year's Eve. At the time, he seemed like a very insecure, tentative guy. After about a week of being with us, we received a note about his past. Apparently Reign was rescued from an abusive home by a good Samaritan. We feel that he was introduced too quickly and shown love too quickly and escalated to top dog, resulting in a couple of bites and A dogfight. We have been going slow with Reign and feel that he would do well a Rottweiler savvy, female only home. He is not a confident dog and needs to experience the things he missed out on in his first home – long gentle hikes would be ideal confidence builders. Once he settles in, a basic obedience class would be a great beginning 'job'. Reign Is learning a little bit each day and we are not looking to rush him into a home, we would like a family that is able to do several meet and greets, overnights and take it slow slowly. Reign has been neutered, vaccinated and tested negative for heartworm and tickborne diseases and has been microchipped. Adoption $350. Barkley is a sweet 5 yr old rottie mix. She has been in rescue over 3 years. She needs to find her forever home. She does have a high prey drive, so no cats or small dogs. She has done absolutely fine with older children. She has not been exposed to smaller kids other than walking through the store and did fine. She has been completely vetted and is house and crate trained. She loves her belly rubs and will often wait for you to give her one before coming inside. She has no issues
