Honey is a great dog, she loves all people. She does well around other dogs and cats. Ideally she would need a new home with a fenced yard. Honey is very low key, and rarely barks. A home with kids and pets would be ok. There is no specialized care. The main reason we need to rehome her is my schedule. She is not house trained. We got her from SafeHaven Humane Society, Honey is 10 years old.

Meet Chili Dog! This sweet girl will steal your heart! After a rough start in life, Chili is healing and thriving! Chili is full of kisses, cuddles, and tail wags! She loves people, going on walks, running around outside, and car rides. Chili is great in the car! Even though she loves to be active, Chili is also content to lounge around inside. When her foster parents work from home, she's happy to lay on her dog bed near by their desk. Chili is getting better on the leash and responds to commands such as: sit, stay, and come. She is "treat motivated and seems to get with responding to commands daily. Chili is wonderfully fully potty-trained. Her foster parents are happy to report she's never once had an accident. Chili is also crate trained. She responds quickly when told to go in the crate, although she would rather just lounge on the bed. Chili does well with other dogs she has met. She loves to play and would likely do well with another active companion dog but she would also do well as an only dog. We do not know if Chili has been around kids, although when walked past a playground, she excitedly watches the children and wags her tail. Just like the classic debate- Left Twix versus Right Twix... both sides together ARE THE BEST!!! I am the same way, I am sweet on one side and salty on the other- together we are perfect! I have a tale to tell, however, none of it matters anymore because I am here right now to tell you- the best is yet to come! I am a big love bug, and although I can be nervous at first- I settle in quickly to be just a big couch potato! I am good with other dogs and would love to have a friend for life in my forever home. I am good with calm older dogs, not much for puppy energy all.the.time... :) I love kids, and would be great with school aged/teenagers (and not many others LIKE teenagers so I can be their buddy :) and would be good in a calmer/quieter home. I want so much to please my family and will look to you for love and attention. I also need a strong leadership family- I have tried to take over control in my first adoptive home and it was not appreciated. SO, you need to be my boss, it's not hard- just let me know you are someone I can trust to keep me safe and take EXCELLENT care of me- with love and more love and I will LET you be in control. Well, HOWDY!!! I still can't believe i am IN TEXAS!! My story may be a little convoluted but suffice it to say... the OK Corral has nothing on me! I was not fighting the outlaws.. i was not fighting at all! I was just trying to figure out why I was saved and in a wonderful rescuers home.... then... back into a high kill shelter?? UNTIL, I was saved by ANOTHER rescuer and was transported from Louisiana to TEXAS and here I am! I LOVE everyone, I want a home that will walk me a couple of times a day and then chill out with me on their couch :) I don't have a whole bunch of energy but that is PERFECT for a lower energy home. I came to the rescue with heart worms but am going to complete my treatment by Christmas!! What a gift that will be! I am now looking for my family, someone who will love me for who I am.. a little low rider, kinda chunky but as loving as the day is long! ADOPT ME!!! Hi my name is Adi. I’m a Rottweiler blue heeler mix. I am approximately 7 years old, my full background is unknown because I was adopted when I was about 3 years old. But all you really need to know is I love love. I love cuddles and kisses and want to be with my owner all the time. I would not do well on a farm cause chickens look tasty, but do need a large area to run for play time. I am amazing with kids. I am good with other dogs but would prefer to be the only dog so I could have all the one on one time with my new owner. I do like to explore so I need to be kept on a leash so I don’t go too far and possibly hurt myself. I am very very smart. I am completely house broken, I can roam about the house without ever causing any damages or messes. I am very much an indoor and outdoor. I like to be indoors with my humans for cuddles and bedtime but love to get my exercise and have fun outside. Please consider me as a new addition to your family.
