Wiley is a 1-year-old, 58-pound pup with lots of playful puppy energy still in him! Fully vetted and ready for his forever home, Wiley walks well on a leash with gentle corrections for pulling and already knows how to sit on command. He’s happiest when he’s with his people and absolutely adores chew bones—they’re his favorite pastime. While Wiley has been good around other dogs, he seems mostly uninterested in playing with them, preferring instead to soak up love and attention from his humans. If you’re looking for a loyal and laid-back companion with a sweet personality, Wiley is the perfect match! Story
Twinkle will definitely be the twinkle of your eye; she is a very playful girl and has a lot of puppy energy. She knows basic commands and walks nice on leash. Twinkle came in with her buddy Alvin (57521161) after they were picked up as stray and has not been reclaimed after us actively trying to find their owner. Overall, she has a social butterfly personality and a very sweet girl. They do not have to be adopted out together, so as always, a meet and greet is required.

Story
Nyla is an energetic and goofy black and tan spayed female Rottweiler, born in December 2021. With her vaccinations fully up to date, she is ready to find her forever home. Nyla has thrived in the company of other dogs, showcasing her friendly nature. While she hasn't been around young children, she would likely adapt well to older, sturdy kids and teenagers, though she does have a tendency to jump with excitement. This playful girl has boundless energy and would flourish in a home with a fenced-in yard, where she can indulge her playful spirit. With regular exercise, Nyla's energy can be appropriately channeled, making her a delightful companion. She loves to engage in tug-of-war and is known for her adorable "Rottweiler rumble" along with other playful vocalizations. Her favorite toy, a Nylabone, is easily shared, as she shows no signs of resource guarding. Sadly, Nyla has spent far too much time in a crate. We believe that her ideal home would minimize crate time, allowing her the freedom she deserves. We envision Nyla happily living with active adopters who can match her energy level—hiking enthusiasts and outdoor lovers would be a perfect fit! Currently located in the Philadelphia/Lower Bucks area, we strongly encourage local adopters to apply, as it allows us to better support you and Nyla in this journey. Don’t miss the chance to add this spirited and loving companion to your life! Apply today! https://www.hart2heartanimalrescue.com/forms/form?formid=6527

Story
Biscuit is a sweet and gentle fella who’s ready to find his forever home He’s friendly with everyone he meets, greeting with gentle tail wags. This affectionate boy loves leaning in for pets and will rub against you for more attention. Biscuit knows “sit,” and takes treats gently, showing his patient and easygoing disposition. He has some playful energy too and enjoys engaging in fun activities, like fetch, walks, and playing with stuffies - this guy is also happy to lounge by your side. If you’re looking for a loyal friend, Biscuit is ready to fill your life with love and joy. Eligible for rescue, foster, and adoption. Meet Biscuit at ACCT Philly any day of the week from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Video: Biscuit goes for a run: https://youtube.com/shorts/2zUmU6Wgbv0?feature=shared Biscuit knows sit: https://youtu.be/BDE0cIRwafM Biscuit loves pets: https://youtu.be/skgaKsZkFM8 Biscuit on the A frame: https://youtu.be/gjc86-PgG4k Biscuit playing: https://youtu.be/lA7nn_PiHJY Biscuit gets treats: https://youtube.com/shorts/JXl2_-fvFgY?feature=share Biscuit gets pets from a man: https://youtube.com/shorts/J2VbiMmqm0w?feature=share Behavior notes: Walk sheet as of 2/1: Biscuit was walked on January 23rd by the behavior team and on 25th by a volunteer. Volunteers noted that she is playful and cuddly. 01/31/25 volunteer notes: Biscuit is a dream. He is SO polite! This sweetie sat to be leashed and looked to me to lead him outside. Once outside he handled his business, and we were off and running! It was a rainy night so we wanted to stretch those legs and not get too wet while doing it. A few spins around the parking lot and then we sat under cover for some pets and cuddles - Biscuit even stole a few kisses. He’s a total gentleman! 01/25/2025 volunteer notes: Biscuit greeted me at the front of his kennel, he wasn’t super loose but seemed calm. I dropped a treat and then went to leash him, which he allowed easily! He dodged it once then allowed leashing. He walks well on leash, doesn’t seem to pull much. He really likes to stay by my side in the play yard. Super treat motivated- he was trying to sniff treats and grab them out of my pocket. Takes them gently, but doesn’t really know how to take them out of your hand. Seems like a young pup! He took pets from me all over. Very playful, fetched a ball and brought it back to. Very sweet and fun boy!! No issues going back into his kennel 01/25/2025 staff notes: Biscuit came out for activity time today. In kennel Biscuit was a bit nervous and flinched when the leash touched him, needing some baby talk and reassurance. In the room, he was very sweet and open and allowed all handling from me, although he's never met me before. He pushed his body into me and the other handler and went back and forth between us for love and affection. He id really well when a male staff member came into the room. He backed up into his main handler but was curious and allowed the staff member to crouch down and give him a treat. he had soft eyes and a wagging tail and sat patiently for them. 01/23/2025 staff notes: Although Biscuit was originally said to not be good with men, he met two men today during his eval and he did really well with them! He was non reactive to two men walking into the room, and even cuddled into one of them and allowed all over pets! He did well sniffing a male staff member while walking back to kennel as well! 01/23/2025 staff notes: KENNEL PRESENTATION: When approaching in kennel Biscuit was standing at the front of kennel. When he saw the handler he looked up with bloodshot but neutral eyes. He flinched away from the leash at first but allowed the handler to then slowly place it over his head. LEASH SKILLS: Pulls moderately HANDLING : In the room Biscuit was friendly with both of us. He had soft eyes, mid level wags, and a loose body. He allowed all over handling without any issues and leaned in while petting pets, rubbing against us. He was well mannered and showed knowledge of sit as well. He took treats gently when offered as well and was very patient! When a male handler entered the room Biscuit stayed near his main handler and was panting heavily, but unreactive. After a few minutes he was open to approaching the male handler with mid level wags and licked his hands through the bars. PLAY: Some interest TOYS Interest but no possession 01/22/2025 staff notes: Removed Biscuit from the truck for the APO, as he was reactive to men. When I approached Biscuit he gave me wags in the truck and had neutral body language. Allowed me to easily leash him and hopped out without issue. Gave the APO some hard stares when walking past at a distance but was unreactive and I was able to place him in kennel easily. 01/22/2025 APO staff notes: Was warned by finder that when she took him to her job to check for a microchip he only went after a male coworker. Story
Four year old Fiona is simply darling. She is a perfect girl in the house. Fully housetrained, doesn't touch things she shouldn't, quiet but will alert you if she hears someone outside, loves to be with her humans, very gentle, affectionate...we could go on and on. Her ideal home would have a calm and quiet environment. Children in the home should be older since she prefers quiet. She would prefer to be the only apple of your eye and be the sole dog in the home, she loves her humans so much. Fiona is just a low maintenance pupper. The white around her eyes is a harmless pigmentation condition that gives her character! Fiona prefers not to be crated, but she's so well mannered, it hasn't mattered. We have however crate trained her. Fiona's special needs are orthopedic. While she gets around fine, and ignores her arthritis, she does need medication to keep her comfortable. Fiona has no problem jumping in the car, going up and down stairs, and navigating her environment both inside and outside. We have had her seen by an orthopedic surgeon who shared that any discomfort she has is from arthritis and old untreated injuries. He did not feel surgery is needed at this time. She is however scheduled for an injection into her knee in January which should give her significant relief. There is no adoption fee for Fiona to the right match, and the rescue will cover any injections or knee surgery she could possibly need in the future. Her adopter would be responsible for her maintenance vet needs, such as monthly preventatives, and well-care vet visits. If you'd like to be considered for this gem, just go to our website at www.kodisclub.org/applications and submit our application! PA License 18512 Souderton, PA.

Story
Chop was found by herself in a city park. A Good Samaritan saw her and brought her into the shelter. While she had no history on her, when asked what Chop was like with her, she quickly responded "friendly and cuddly". While at the shelter, Chop was quite sweet. When approached in her kennel, Chop was laying on her bed and came to the door with soft eyes and low wags. She sniffed the leash and came to the front with nub wags. She was patient for leashing and allowed the handler to slip it over her head without issues. When taken out into the yard, Chop was a friendly and social girl! Upon entering the yard she immediately began to solicit attention from both handlers with soft eyes, ears back, and tail low wagging. She allowed all handling and would give fast low nub wags when petting her. She took treats very gently as well when offered. As time went on she got more wiggly and bouncy, getting playful but still a little nervous of big movements. Another staff member entered the yard and Chop trotted up to them and leaned in right away, giving fast nub wags. We did a quick dog meet for her as well and she did amazing! Chop greeted nicely, with a loose body and fast low wags, and tried to engage in play with the other dog! She got so happy and goofy! Overall, Chop was a little nervous at first, but is super sweet and friendly. She showed Interest in toys but took no possession. Our vet has estimated her age as between 1 and 2. If you'd like to be considered for Chop, just go to our site at www.kodisclub.org/applications and submit our application. PA License #18512 Souderton, PA
