Story
*** Please note this pet is currently out of town but we will transport this pet to NJ when there is a committed adopter. The transport fees ARE ALREADY INCLUDED in the adoption fee.***
Meet the super handsome and regal Solomon! This gorgeous pure-breed Rottie is a big, sweet cuddle bug! Solomon loves to play. but is just as happy to hang out with his favorite person and chill. Solomon is about 2-3 years old and approximately 80 pounds. He does great on a leash and is crate and house trained. Due to his size, we recommend an experienced adopter. If you are looking for a seriously loveable Rottie, Solomon is your guy.
Solomon was originally left at a shelter, only to be dumped again through NO fault of his own. That is how he found his way to our rescue...
Interested in becoming Solomon's forever person? For immediate consideration, please fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we DO NOT go any further without an application.
If there are multiple dogs that you are interested in, please fill out an application for each dog. This does not include bonded pairs — one application will be fine. Because we have different adoption coordinators working with different dogs, your application may be missed if you only apply once.
Find more adoptable pets, news, and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws.
We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions finding our fur babies the most loving homes. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting.
We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and Solomon the perfect forever home, and appreciate you working with us.
Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age-appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention, and travel expenses.
All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for their transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.
Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!
