Story
Rags is a very friendly and chill Rottie mix who was luckily rescued by his foster. He was found walking down a median on a busy road in Detroit. Rags currently lives with several other dogs and is very loving and sweet. It appeared he was not very well taken care of when found. He has an overbite which was probably congenital that causes his tongue to stick out. He had heartworm disease when we first got him but he was treated and is now healthy and heartworm negative. Rags is about 72 pounds and estimated to be about 8 years old. Rags has a good personality and would love to finally find a wonderful new family to love and care for him. This fellow definitely deserves it. Please consider making him a new addition to your home or companion for another friendly dog.

Story
Meet Kobe...he is a 4 year old male Rottweiler in need of a new home. His previous owner said he was good around kids. They also said he was protective of their children. He would be best with older children because he could knock over a small child. He knows sit and lay down. He is good with other large dogs. He does have anxiety when left alone and will get into things on shelves. His previous owner used a baby gate when they weren't home. Chicken/Rice and Lamb Purina one was his normal diet. He is house trained. Occasionally, if fed or if he eats something wrong, he may have an accident. Kobe loves to play fetch! He is a sweet boy eager to be loved. He does jump up on people when he gets excited. He is strong and can pull when he is on a leash. Please visit the Taylor Animal Shelter to meet him!

Story
I have a one-year-old dog named Bama she is a Rottweiler. I got Bama from my mother because she was moving to a new home and couldn't have a big dog in the home so we took Bama in. Bama is good with kids she listen when you tell her to sit stop etc . Bama is a little wild when taking her outside because she be so excited. Bama is good with kids the only other problem we're having with Bama is when she was with my mother my mother had her in the house the majority of the time and she was actually pooping in the house so we're trying to potty train her to go outside we take her outside even take her in the backyard and leave her out there for a while to see if she's going to go but Bama will not poop outside. When she comes in the house she poops. So we're really looking for someone that has more time to train her.

Story
Barkley is a sweet 5 yr old rottie mix. She has been in rescue over 3 years. She needs to find her forever home. She does have a high prey drive, so no cats or small dogs. She has done absolutely fine with older children. She has not been exposed to smaller kids other than walking through the store and did fine. She has been completely vetted and is house and crate trained. She loves her belly rubs and will often wait for you to give her one before coming inside. She has no issues being left alone in the home. Would you be the family she has been waiting on? We use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport.

Story
This boy is the last of the litter still looking for a home. He is very friendly, loves to play and would love an active family. He gets along with other dogs and doesn't have to be the alpha. He will need all the puppy training as he's never been inside of a house. He is a quick learner and is learning manners when greeting people (he's a bit jumpy). He is a fun boy who just wants to have a good time. He is located in Tennessee but can be transported through Rescue Riders.
