Meet Billy Mayes!This handsome guy is a one-year-old Rottweiler mix, and he is currently looking for his new forever home! Billy Mayes was found as a stray and was never reclaimed, now this sweet guy is available to be adopted. We do not know how Billy does with cats or dogs as he did come in as a stray, but we do offer trial adoptions and meet and greets! This boy is nervous at first but has a sweet heart and would do well with children. We do not know if Billy is house, or crate trained, but give this boy some time and he will learn! Billy is HW NEGATIVE, UTD on vaccinations, and is ready to be adopted today!Billy Mayes's adoption fee is FULLY SPONSORED!Dogs are $115 and puppies are $110 unless otherwise noted. Lilo, formerly known as Porsche, is an eight-month-old female rottweiler and beagle mix, weighing about 37 pounds at her intake and still growing. Unfortunately, this is Lilo`s second stay at the shelter; she was first surrendered in April 2024 along with four siblings as part of an unwanted litter. Although she quickly found a home, she was returned on October 24 due to her owner`s personal circumstances. While in her previous home, Lilo was kept indoors and is reported to be potty trained. She is known to get along well with other dogs and has interacted positively with children aged two and up. Lilo hasn’t been around cats yet, but cat testing is available at the shelter. Currently feeling a `lil low`, Lilo is eager to find her forever family and is searching for the Stitch to complete her!

Vader was surrendered by his owner due to the health of the owner. He has been with the same owner since he was a puppy. He is a very strong boy and unfortunately tries to play tug when walked on a leash. This behavior is not acceptable with him being such a large dog. Its not safe for the handler or Vader due to his size. He really needs professional training for this behavior. Someone with rottweiler experience would also be preferred. His owner said he was good with kids, cats and other dogs. He has not been around those while at the shelter. He is neutered, vaccinated and heartworm negative. He has always been an inside dog and said to be housebroken. He weighs 113 pounds. He must be adopted to someone with a secure appropriate fenced in yard.

Max was surrendered to the shelter with another dog when his owner had to move. While he’s somewhat housebroken, he may have occasional accidents, so he’ll need a patient owner to help him settle into new potty routines. Max has experience with children (ages 4-5) and has been said to be good with them, as well as with cats. He previously lived with another dog, but if there are other dogs in the home, a meet-and-greet is recommended to ensure that he jives with any resident canines.
