Bought chop from a breeder in may of last year. He is an awesome dog. Always wanted a Rottweiler growing up. Unfortunately we also have 7 kids and all of them are into some type of activities. (I know it wasn’t very responsible of me). This dog deserves better than what we can provide. He is a sweet and loving dog who is great around kids and who is super playful and loving. I want him to be with a family that will have time for him. We’re never home between working full time and being at some type of practice or game till in the late afternoon.

OSCAR is a 7 year old male boxer/hound mix. He currently weighs 52 lbs. Like so many others this year, he was found wandering alone. A kind person took him in to keep him safe. They fostered him for 6 weeks before handing him off to Adopt Me! This gave us valuable information on Oscar. He co-existed nicely with two other dogs and their children. He was left free in the house and never destroyed anything. He came housetrained. All this adds up to - he was someone's pet before being dumped. In order to find out every little quirk, we enrolled OSCAR in our Paws Behind Bars prison dog training program. Like the other dogs in the program, he thoroughly enjoys the one on one attention he gets from his inmate. He is learning his obedience quickly. As for his social skills, he's doing well there too. For his age, he still has plenty of pep. He has a beautiful brindle coat and a bit of graying around his muzzle. Just enough to make him look distinguished. He is not fond of cats and and with proper introductions, and the right canine companion, he'd do okay with other dogs. Oscar's best fit will be in a quiet, adult home. He must have a fenced yard as Oscar has a tendency to chase if he sees movement. Older children would be fine. If interested in adopting, our process begins with submission of our application.
